It was truly one of the best catering experiences I have had from the professionalism of the onsite staff to the exceptional quality of every dish served. I was unfortunately too busy managing the event (and enjoying the food) to take photos, but the menu absolutely deserves recognition. Highlights included the perfectly seasoned Farmer's Market Scramble, Chicken Apple Sausage, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce, and Herb Roasted Potatoes for breakfast. Lunch featured incredibly tender Short Ribs, perfectly glazed and moist Grilled Chicken, grilled polenta, and the best honey butter cornbread I have ever had. Our guests consistently commented on how outstanding the food was...and this group is not easily impressed when it comes to catering. A sincere thank you to Pinky and the entire team for delivering such a seamless and memorable experience. Instead, I was met with repeated excuses and defensiveness. Despite the clear communication leading up to the event, there was no apology and no acceptance of responsibility for the late delivery. The food itself was good. However, what left the most negative impression was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Delays happen, but customers deserve honest communication and ownership when things go wrong. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others and will not be using their services again.

I ended up ordering - tri-tip - mashed potatoes - roasted veggies - assorted bread - lemon garlic salmon - veggie garlic pasta - Greek salad - dinner rolls - fresh fruit display - fresh fruit tarts - petit fours - gluten free mini cupcakes: red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, lemon I appreciate that Priscilla suggested to halve the salmon fillets to have double the number of salmon pieces for guests to have snack portions rather than meal portions. Although mini cupcakes were not listed on her menu, she was able to provide them. Also, you can ask her about gluten free desserts. You can have more than just macarons. Compliments I received... "Did you make the food? The salmon and tri-tip were so juicy." "This is better than most wedding food." 2 people inquired who I used to cater for the event. I received general praise that the food was good. I received explicit praise that the petit fours and fruit tarts were good. The mashed potatoes were thick but good. Passion for catering's setup and tear down went smoothly. It was maybe 20-30 minutes of setup and 10 minutes of tear down. I appreciate that they were able to provide decor for the food tables. They also provided some takeout containers for us to take leftover food. 10/10 would cater from them again.

Kasey is super responsive and very efficient with how Kasey and Koy both run this amazing company. The baby shower was for 50+ plus people. So we opted with the grazing table. They offer so many options and most of them are easy to make completely vegan and that's what we did. The day of, Koy came at the scheduled time and got to work. I do have to apologize as I was mostly absent running around, setting up, getting the mother to be ready, etc.. When I came back to start greeting the guests, I was blown away with how beautiful the grazing table was. I mean, Koy does amazing work!! All of of the crackers, breads, fruits were so fresh and the vegan cheese??? The best! People were amazed that the cheese was vegan and that there were so many items to choose from.
