Finally, I stopped one of the ladies and reminded her that she told me my food was "ready." What could possibly be the hold up, I thought to myself. After she shuffled around and asked the cooks in the back about my order, they told her that they had already sent my order out to the front... SMH.. This whole time I had been standing in line, hurting, my food had been abandoned on the counter and without anyone's knowledge, supposedly. The lady explained that the wrong ticket was placed on top of my food, and that's the reason she didn't know that it was my order. She apologized and also blamed on the manager who took my order over the phone. The food had been sitting right next to her register too.... just sitting there.
