I don't know if that's good or bad lol anyways this is a brand new Baskin-Robbins and they are really great. I order the Dubai chocolate sundae. It's amazing! I usually DoorDash, but I've been into the place is really nice. Well kept and everything is clean. One night they didn't have an ingredient for my Sunday not only did they make up for it by giving me a free scoop of ice cream, but they told me to come back and get a free sundae when they get the ingredient back. The kadafe is what was missing. I was really impressed by the great customer service. His name is Raj. I believe he's the owner anyways if y'all are close to Oakley, this Baskin-Robbins is a great choice for delicious ice cream.!!

The store was pretty empty, just two other people in there. There was a bathroom for customers. A few small tables inside for seating. Outside patio chairs. This place finally opened up and I was a bit excited to eat at a cold stone again…read more I placed my order online for pickup, hoping it would be easy. Sad to say, it was not. First off, the inside is a bit small, with only a few tables inside for seating. I went when it was a little bit packed in the afternoon, so it was a bit cramped inside. When I went to the register to pick up my order, they couldn't locate it. I heard one of the workers say to the cashier to check if the location was correct, so I immediately checked my order and I showed them the West Leland address. They still couldn't find my order. The cashier apologized and remade my order for me. I did overhear that one of the workers said they made my exact order and gave it to some random person. I also heard another cashier say someone may have just walked up and got a free order. But enough about that, now on the ice cream itself. SBM sorbet and Raspberry sorbet: The flavors were a bit more subtle then I expected. I was hoping for something more tart, like in sherbet. But still, it was still cold and refreshing and the sprinkles were there mainly for texture. The waffle bowl was delicious and made eating the entire ice cream enjoyable. Overall, the ice cream was alright. I hope in the future, the workers double check any mobile orders before just giving away the items.

The yogurt is smooth and creamy, while the sorbet offers a lighter, fruit-forward option if you want something a bit more refreshing. What really makes the place stand out is the toppings bar, plenty of options to customize your treat and make it feel a little more special. It's an easy spot to spoil yourself or bring someone along for a simple dessert run. That said, while everything is solid, it's not necessarily blowing the doors off in terms of uniqueness. Also worth noting, it can get a little pricey since everything is weighed and billed accordingly, especially if you load up on toppings. Overall, it's a dependable go-to when you want a quick, sweet treat without overthinking it.

Usually it comes cold but they were able to make a hot cup for me. I also ordered their Almond croissant. Since it's in the morning, we have to wait for our order to be called. The coffee tasted more like a hot mocha. Maybe the cold drink will taste different with the matcha foam. I enjoy the drink though with a pastry of croissant.
