The server even went the extra mile by including small containers of our favorite hot sauce, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got home, we noticed the Camarón Culichi wasn't quite up to the standard we've come to expect from Mariscos Chihuahua. The Culichi sauce was much thinner than usual, and the quality and portion of the shrimp seemed to have changed. There were only a few shrimp in the dish, and they were noticeably smaller than what we've received during previous visits. The shrimp ceviche was still enjoyable, although the flavor also seemed a little different than usual. Overall, it was still a delicious meal, and we'll definitely be back because we've always had great experiences here. We just hope this was an isolated experience and not a sign that the restaurant's quality is changing.

This table across from us with 3 people at it had one lady constantly laughing so genuinely that she had all of us around her smiling- told her thanks for a joyful morning! The awesome young lady server (been there at Baja for years and always pleasant and efficient!) was so kind on us sitting on edge of patio with two dogs constantly in her way of going in and out from side door to patio- always smiling with hands full and so patient as we moved dogs out of way.
