Not only did she skip the hot stones and stepping, it felt like I never got a massage just hours later. Needless to say, I never went back. I know another reviewer mentioned how the staff is filled with people that travel in and live together while they are here. That is correct. These are the kind of Chinese people that take one lesson, if any, and say they are qualified to perform the job. Don't get me wrong, some are truly skilled in their chosen profession. This lady I had simply was not that. Aside from that, the staff was very kind towards me. If you are lucky enough to find a masseuse that can take care of your problems here, then call it a blessing. Their price range is actually decent. I simply didn't want to spend the money on a guessing game and chose a spot much closer to home where I'm guaranteed a knot-breaking session by a true professional.

Through the website, we were able to book our spa treatment in advance via text. Julienne was quick to respond and had availability as well. We had Julienne and Sonya as our masseuses and they were very nice and awesome!! I had Sonya who was fantastic and my husband has Julienne. The spa day was amazing! We started off with a private calming bath in this coconut cream scented water which smelled delicious. That was 30 mins. Then we had a full body scrub, but it was really nice because they did one section at a time and then rubbed the scrub off with warm towels so you weren't just laying there with the scrub on you. Your privates are covered up so you're not fully exposed either. After that, they gave us bathrobes and walked us into a different treatment room where we got time to shower and freshen up before our massage. Then we went back to our original treatment room where they had water waiting for us and we each got to pick out an aromatherapy. The massage was so calming, I fell asleep at one point. Would definitely book again for another special occasion. It is expensive - the package was $540 not including tip.
