This adorable little gal, Miss Rose is well worth the stop in and see! She saw me as a walk-in and was extremely apologetic for being on the phone when I arrived. She helped me with all my questions and was more than gracious with her time. I will go back as needed, and anyone needing her services because she has a multitude of piercing agendas should book with her!!!! Thank you, Miss Rose read more

I came here because I'd previously been and had a good experience. This time around I wanted a gold piece cause I wanted to add to my collection and have something nice. The jewelry was advertised as 14k, and I purchased two pieces along with my piercings, spending close to $250 total. About a week later, I noticed the bar of my piercing was silver and not gold. I messaged the business on Instagram because I was confused, and they apologized for not being clear and stated the gold bar was a custom order. I understand that I could have asked more questions, and if it's standard in the piercing industry for only certain parts of a piece to be gold, then I can own that. However, I also feel that if you market yourself as selling 14k gold pieces, you should be VERY clear about exactly what you're getting. Nowhere was it explained to me that I would be receiving titanium jewelry with only the stop being gold. I assumed I was purchasing an actual gold piece. The piercing experience itself wasn't bad, and I do appreciate that they apologized, but there was no attempt to correct the misunderstanding or offer any kind of solution--not even something like a discount toward ordering the actual gold piece I thought I was getting. It just really sucks spending that much money because you specifically want gold jewelry and then finding out afterward that what you purchased wasn't what you thought it was. read more

Rose was super helpful to me! I came into her shop with no appointment after having my nose piecing (that I got at another shop around ten years ago) accidentally ripped out at the aesthetician's. She put my piercing back in for me (which I could definitely not have done myself!) totally free of charge and was super nice! Thank you Rose! If I get another piercing in the future I am definitely coming back! read more

Got my nose pierced here 3 years ago and my belly pierced this year in January. Everything healed and is healing very well. I absolutely recommend coming to her for piercings she's very clean, nice, and respectful! I definitely will be back again. read more

The waiting area was so cute! I was greeted right away. She was very informative, bubbly. Made me feel so comfortable. She told me everything she was going to do and at every step of the way. I got a vertical labret. She marked me up and let me voice my decision as well. Before going I was worried that it wouldn't be straight but she definitely took her time and I must say that the piercing turned out fantastic and definitely not crooked/off centered. She also explained verbally and in written form of the options for aftercare. Highly recommend going here! read more

Rose is very knowledgeable and has a passion for being a piercer! Love the atmosphere in the shop that she creates for her customers!

Unfortunately I had to wait to decide if I wanted to leave a review at this establishment. I am just going to chalk it up to that if a customer is not going to be serviced, yet you decide to let them drive 20 minutes to go to the appointment. It would be appropriate and appreciated to let them know prior. Also, it is highly unprofessional to look over a clients social media profile to scope them out. I was not okay with being discriminated, especially given the reason I was discriminated was not on the forms in which I was signing AND the killer part is I have OB consent with a letter. I was NOT okay with the service given. Also, I was given jewelery that broke down after two days of having it and the gems fell out. I am skeptical to think that the owner truly had an emergency because she didn't bother to get me in same day to make it right. Overall, I do believe it is best to spend your money elsewhere and becareful because you might be discriminated. UPDATE: Really sad that I was considered rude. I as a customer felt bad for bringing up what was poor product and only apologize for such. I was never rude and could have never been perceived rude to this establishment. Would love to provide screenshot of that conversation if need be. But clearly it is an accountability issue, I hope you guys will be able to provide better service in the future! read more

Got ripped off when the lady took advantage of my daughter's earring falling out. I paid $90 for titanium earrings, not knowing I could have bought them at any other jewelry store for $9. Guess that's the dad tax. Shame on your lack of integrity. read more

Rose is such a patient and informative piercer. I made a last minute appointment and came in (originally) for jewelry. But I left with a new ear lobe piercing. Her jewelry is amazing and I would urge you to come support a female-owned business! read more

Best piercing shop around. Rose is super nice and takes the time to give you exactly what you want. Will be back for all my future piercings. read more

Rose was amazing! She explained the whole process and answered my 99 questions. I was only going in for earlobes and came out with a conch! My 2 earlobe piercings were far apart (previous piercings) and she was able to fit another in the middle of them. She makes you feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to her! read more

Super friendly! Will be absolutely coming back to Rose. Highly recommend to anyone who needs any piercing needs.

Rosalie did an amazing job on my piercings! I got a daith piercing in my right ear soley because it could possibly help with migraines, but afterwards I liked the appearance so much I came back later that same day to get my other ear pierced. Rosalie made the process quick and as painless as possible, she's very sweet and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the procedure and after care! read more

She is the best! I live in the bay but haven't really had the urge to bejewel my ear until recently. She's very welcoming and has great jewelry to choose from. It's worth buying the gold pieces she has. The actual piercing is a breeze. I've had six piercings and will be back if I need anything piercing wise or need to change out my jewelry. read more

Rose is a step above the rest. She has done three of my piercings, and has done a fantastic job every time!!! She is very professional, kind and takes the time to talk to you about the piercing and where you want it. She is a great person, and makes you feel comfortable when in her chair. Just the conversations we have keep me calm when she is going to put a needle through a part of my body, be it my nose, naval or ears. I would recommend La Luna Body Mod to all my friends and family. I will be going back to see her again soon. read more

Rose did my piercing and she did amazing. Was really helpful and guided me through all of it. had a good selection of jewelry and helped me find what was fit for my taste. I could barely feel a thing when she did my septum and thats a good thing. only my eye teared up which is normal but over all the pain was a 2/10 and the service was 100/10. Definitely going back for another piercing of some sort :) read more

This is the cutest place! Clean, well organized, and sanitized. A very friendly and comforting environment. We will definitely be coming back. Got my naval pierced and it was the best experience. Rose is professional and super sweet. read more

Had my belly button pierced by Rose and she did a great job explaining the procedure and aftercare! Will definitely go back to her for more piercings! read more

i was her second client of the day after already having my belly button periced before you could see it was in the center. she actually made a comment about it being so high...but i went to her before she moved to laluna body mod. guess that should have been a red flag. when she peirced it again she went through a completely different hole and went in side ways left it completely crooked. after having to pierce it again i was really upset because i went through all of that pain for it to turn out to be one of the worst piercings ever. when i told her and showed her she made an excuse that it was such a hectic day... but i was the second person she saw. she offered to redo it but after all of that pain from and after i waited three years just for her to mess it up again, i did not want to put myself through that. she ended up blocking me on both of her accounts. so do not recommend EVER. i learned my lesson. read more
