Butterscotch Pudding - so so good.
Ani J.

This restaurant is located inside the Hilton hotel. It has a very cozy ambiance, with dim lighting. Definitely on the higher side of pricing. The menu is not very vegetarian friendly. You will hardly see anything for vegetarians. But they were nice enough to make me a penne pasta without the oysters, and charged me the normal price and not the one listed on the menu. Here is everything we tried: - Ceasar Salad - a very different take to the traditional salad, but was delicious. - Custom Veggie Penne Pasta - there was a pasta in the menu with oysters and very expensive. I asked them if they could make it vegetarian for me, and they did. It was delicious. - Some mushroom dish - it was ok. My friend loved it. - Butterscotch Pudding - so good that I'm craving it right now as I write the review. Overall, loved our dinner experience, with great ambiance, and attentive service. I wish they had more vegetarian options. But whatever we ate, was delicious. Definitely recommend it.

My family & I stayed at the Signia for our Disney World Family Vacation. This restaurant is located within the hotel. Tasty dinner!

Extra dirty gin martini. I think they had botanist for gin.

On our first night, my wife and I had dinner with her boss at La Luce within the Signia at Hilton where we stayed for the week. The restaurant was a lovely experience with a tender lamb shank that melted in my mouth and extra dirty gin martinis that tantalized my senses. The fine Italian restaurant has high ceilings and rich, warm lighting, which is good for dinner at night if you want to be bougie. I enjoyed multiple extra dirty gin martinis made with The Botanist, which brought me to a place of spiritual harmony. The Sangiovese-braised lamb shank was so succulent and savory that it sent my senses to the ninth level of Nirvana. The butternut squash ragu went with the Tuscan bean and lamb. For dessert, I savored the butterscotch pudding that went wonderfully with the house-made toffee, which I enjoyed immensely with a pour of Frangelico. It was a magical way to conclude that evening. I would go back for the lamb shank every time... and the butterscotch pudding... and the extra dirty gin martinis.

We decided to try La Luce in the Signia Hilton when we stayed next door at the Waldorf. Once you enter the restaurant, you feel tucked away in a cozy intimate setting. I decided to try the Magical dining meal ($40) and it was delicious. Starter- stone salad (could be a meal in itself) which had fresh peaches, goat cheese, candied walnuts, radishes and a light vinegarette dressing. I would eat it everyday if I could. Main- vesuvio bolognese with a duck and beef ragu; I love a fun shaped pasta, but the rigatoni it usually comes with held the sauce better. Dessert- lemon cake- rich yet light and fluffy.

La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek - A Decade of Excellence It's been a while since I last reviewed La Luce, but let me set the record straight--it remains just as phenomenal as when I first dined there 10 years ago. The quality, service, and ambiance have stood the test of time, making it one of the best Italian restaurants in Orlando. I've been a loyal guest ever since, and no matter how many times I visit, the team treats every guest with the same warm hospitality--whether it's your first time or your 50th. That says a lot. Ambiance & Experience La Luce underwent a renovation about a year ago, and the refreshed setup is spacious, elegant, and inviting. There's a comfortable entry area for walk-ins, a well-stocked bar, and private dining rooms for events of 30-40 guests. Plus, the views? Spectacular. You get a glimpse of the lazy river, golf course, and even fireworks around 9 PM. Valentine's Day Dinner I dined at La Luce on February 14th for a Valentine's Day dinner. I made the mistake of not booking a reservation, but they kindly held a walk-in table for me. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back! Food Highlights La Luce's menu never disappoints, and our meal was no exception: Fried Olives - A must-try! Crispy, lightly breaded, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. If you're an olive fan, this is for you. Margherita Pizza - Wood-fired to perfection. Thin crust, balanced sauce (not too acidic, not too sweet), and fresh basil. Tomato Basil Soup - Delicious, though I would have preferred it a bit hotter. Pork Chop - A standout dish! Their recipe seems to have changed recently--more flavorful, juicy, and tender, paired beautifully with sweet potato mash & roasted dates. Crab & Lobster Mascarpone - Absolute perfection. Rich, creamy, and indulgent. Ribeye Steak - Cooked medium rare to perfection. Special Valentine's Dessert - We were so full but had to end on a sweet note! Drinks & Spirits Their wine selection is extensive, featuring incredible Italian, Argentinian, Chilean, and American wines. For bourbon and whiskey lovers, their selection is top-notch. And for my fellow tequila enthusiasts, you won't find the typical celebrity additive-filled brands here. Instead, you'll find Fortaleza (Los Abuelos) and other high-quality options. I always order their Margarita--crafted with freshly squeezed lime, quality tequila, agave, and orange liqueur. No mixers, no shortcuts--just a perfectly balanced cocktail. Shoutout to the Amazing Staff The heart of La Luce is its incredible team. Special thanks to Luque, Nella, Cesar, Stephano, Ricardo, Jeff, and Alberto for always providing exceptional service. And a heartfelt mention to Shirley, who always greeted my son and me with a warm smile at the pizza-making station. Final Thoughts La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is a gem that never loses its shine. Whether you're a local or visiting Disney Springs, it's a must-visit for a refined yet welcoming dining experience. Caesar Insalate

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my parents last weekend. The service was by far the shining star of the meal experience. Our server was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She made fantastic recommendations that all paid off to be delicious and she even surprised us with a complimentary dessert board to celebrate our life milestone - we're expecting! The house made focaccia bread was superb in flavor, would've liked to see a bit crispier crust. The oil, parmesan, red pepper flake combination was a perfect compliment! We split Caesar salads and the Arancini appetizer. The Caesar salad dressing was YUMMY! Really light and bursting with flavor and served over high quality romaine. The Arancini was a veal and spinach mixture, very savory and well cooked. My past dish, the Bucatini was very tasty. Not the most stellar pasta dish I've had at lower price points. The house made pasta was perfect and al dente, the bacon could've been cooked a bit more, and the dish lacked "punch" overall. I topped mine with grilled shrimp - cooked well! My hubby tried the Linguini with Clams - again, he wasn't overwhelmed by the flavor but it was a great portion and clams were cooked correctly. The DESSERTS though. My goodness. What amazing tiramisu and chocolate mousse. I would go back just for a dessert platter and espresso. The restaurant is chic, decorated warmly and upscale. A great place for a date night or well behaved children if you're a dining family.

Very disappointing experience. Server was short with us and didn't seem excited to be taking care of us. A little expensive for what we got and felt the quality of the food was not what it could have been. The saving grace was their Beef Carpaccio. Of your looking for your money to be well spent, stick to the cocktails and desert.

salmon chowder soup

Came here for magical dining. The ambiance is very welcoming and formal, which I liked. A lot of parking at the garage, your ticket can be validated at the restaurant. Got the salmon chowder soup of the day, it was absolutely delicious. The bolognese tasted mediocre at best for its price. The desserts (Flourless Chocolate Cake, Lemon Cake, and Butterscotch Pudding) was good but nothing outstanding. The service was impeccable. I'm mixed about coming here again, there was nothing that truly impressed me, though the ambiance and presentation of the food was stunning.

Butterscotch dessert - Yummy!!!
April D.

My husband and I had dinner here the night before my work conference began. We had a lovely time and enjoyed it very much. I had the special, which was shrimp and scallops on a bed of risotto, and a caprese salad and they were very good! My husband had the corn soup as an appetizer and the ravioli for dinner and they were also delicious. The highlight of the night was the butterscotch dessert. It was whipped and light with a dollop of whipped cream on the top and served with chocolate pieces (that had a thin line of caramel in the middle) for dipping. It was divine!!! The service was also very good. The wait staff were very attentive and worked well together. They made our meal a very nice experience. I was skeptical when we went to the restaurant because of some of the reviews on this site, but we found it to be a great experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others!

Family was craving some Italian food and we found this place - pretty good reviews so we gave it a shot. Got a few pasta dishes and a pizza - I'll say it hit the spot but I wouldn't say it was great. Maybe 3.5 stars for the food, but the extra half star is for the service and how everyone was welcoming and smiling.

Seared salmon and pureed potatoes with chive butter sauce.
Carey D.

La Luce was awesome! I enjoyed magical dining here. The seared salmon with pureed potatoes and chive butter was amazing and cooked to perfection. The chive butter sauce and potatoes made me very happy. My husband had entree envy but enjoyed his hot Italian pizza. The butterscotch pudding was not something I'd normally order, but I was really pleased with it, and it was plenty to share. The server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about gluten free options. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of other places to wander to with it being connected to the Waldorf hotel. Valet parking was validated with dinner and was super quick.

Dessert birthday board
Susan B.

Snagged reservation for dinner to celebrate Disney Run events and birthdays. Service was excellent by Justin G who had great menu suggestions but remembered our birthdays and brought out this delicious dessert board to help us celebrate. Fresh bread for table. Beet salad was solid. Pasta was freshly prepared and had seafood options. Margarita Pizza was cooked to perfection. We all said this was one of our favorite dinners this trip. Within Bonnet Creek resorts area which is close to parks.

Still 5 stars since I can't bump it up another notch. They have their staples like Chicken Parm, Lasagna, Bolognese, Shrimp Fry Diavolo, Puttanesca , Piccata, Gnocchi, and a variety of delicious pizzas and appetizers. There are too many to name. This restaurant can stand on their own with their standards. Where they stand out is with their specials. The chef here is always innovating and trying some new dishes. I wish I could get a notification of what's on the menu each night. I've had some amazing surprises with the taste and presentation of these dishes. And when they have wedding soup (Christmas time), I definitely make sure I go. I feel like part of the family when I go here. They always recognize us and some of the staff even resembles member of my extended Italian family. They cook better than my Italian grandma (shhhh, don't tell her). They also just opened a sister restaurant (Amalfi) down the block so they're taking over Avalon Park! I've been here a lot and plan on going a lot more. Some of the best Italian food in Orlando! I think sometimes that the lack of service has kept me from eating out much, and then I go to Christinis where the service is too-notch. Great service can make lackluster food taste better but Christinis doesn't have to worry there. Their food is too notch as well. It is old world attentive service, and you can't help but feel special when you go there. Our server this evening was Atilla (sp?) and he has a commanding presence and keeps a close eye on things in an unobtrusive way. It was my birthday and they treated me very well. Okay, let's get to the food. Bread service before the meal was excellent. The bread came with an eggplant sauce that was excellent. They offer butter and olive oil but I say to forego that, and just have the eggplant sauce/dip. We both had the shrimp cocktail, which wasn't the plan. But the shrimp were so large and we hadn't had a shrimp cocktail in a long time, and boy was it good. The shrimp was fresh and as mentioned, very large. We then had a Caesar salad which was good. The cheese was good, but I was surprised that there were no anchovies. We like classic Caesar with anchovies, but the salad was good nonetheless. We split a small portion of the fagottini pasta with pear and Gorgonzola cream sauce. It was the absolute best. It sounds like an odd flavor combo but it works. We both had the veal (their specialty) hubby had the veal picatta. I had the Marsala. Both very good. It came with a polenta fritter that was good, I'm not sure what was inside, it had a nice flavor, maybe pimentos? Even though tiramisu or crème brûlée is usually my go to if having dessert, we went for cannolis for a "lighter" option. Very good as well. The last one the list is ambiance. Beautiful tables, classy elegant restaurant, and tuxedoed waitstaff. Excellent!
