Zero grace, zero accountability. just brittle attitude instead of basic service. I didn't say another word and just left. I ended up throwing out the order that was wrong because of allergies. There was a gross atmosphere among the staff. You could almost hear the echo of high school hallways. A favored circle lounged around exchanging smirks, whispered barbs about customers, and idle gossip, while the few conscientious ones scrambled to pick up the slack. The owner's selective blindness was obvious. It created a clear undercurrent of favoritism, pettiness, and low key bullying that made the whole place feel cliquey and mean spirited. A business that prioritizes goofing off to fit in with teens, over consistent quality and basic courtesy isn't built to last. Between the long waits, constant errors, and thoroughly unpleasant energy, I won't be returning. and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the few kids hustling, I hope you find a better gig. You deserve respect. If you value professionalism, competence, and a warm welcome, take your money elsewhere. For all its aspirations, this spot is a disaster and not worth the wait.
