I had an issue with a particular ice cream I had been looking for for a few months unfortunately. The employees would tell me it would be in stock next week on blah blah day and to call to check so I did. That went on for about two months. Finally they said they don't sell it anymore. So I stopped coming. Today I was driving by and decided to stop in and what do ya know!! The ice cream is fully stocked. Lol. Go figure. I'm happy to see it back. The store is now back in my regular rotation for one of my fav treats.

I was happy to see them carry my favorite frozen dumpling brand. The staff was not overly friendly, but that is the case in many Asian stores. The prices are competitive to other stores in the area...maybe a tad higher...but sometimes they carry something you really want and no one else does...so it's good to know their selection and count on them offering it.. Plenty of parking in this strip mall.

Isles looks neat and clean, and they seemed to have more refrigerators than before. Despite all the nice upgrades and more selections, unfortunately we still couldn't find the items we needed. But if you live around the area and need to get some Asian groceries, this could be a place for you.

We used to come when the owners kids were younger and helped around the store. On certain days the owners are nice. I had a couple scratch tickets in my bag and thought I'll exchange them here. The owner was telling me that I'm suppose to scratch off the bar code area, I've never been told that by any store clerks, ever. I thought we weren't suppose to. Anyways, it's not a huge store and they don't always have everything you need but definitely convenient if you lived nearby and just needed a couple seasonings and things. We did went later in the afternoon but I think during the day they also have premade food/snacks and made to order sandwiches and drinks.

They have both fresh and frozen vegetables. They even frozen meat section with a really huge variety of fish. They have fresh samosas and mini kachoris you can order at check out and they even have a small stall outside with freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. The prices are reasonable and the quality is decent. It is clean enough for a grocery store and I would say well maintained inside. The carts outside is a different story with people leaving them haphazardly but that is not entirely the management's fault. For Diwali, they gave us a box of sweets as a gift box which was a nice touch. I don't go there too often since it is a bit far from me but whenever I am in the area, I ensure to make a stop here.

Took a stroll to the seafood area and met with the Fishmonger who cut me a half pound of the fresh thick salmon at a low $8.99 per pound, which is a better deal than Sam's Club. They offer an active butcher in the meat department with latin delicacies including pig feet, pork neck bone and chicken feet. Also a full bakery with various pastries and espresso coffee at only $2.25. Excellent shopping experience and will surely return next weekend to fill my fridge.
