I finally found it. These tacos are the real deal. Authentic, packed with flavor, and made fresh right in front of you. No shortcuts. No watered-down Midwest version. Just straight up legit. I had the pastor and carne asada tacos, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it gave me a little taste of home. The pastor was perfectly seasoned with that classic flavor you only get when it's done right. The carne asada was tender, juicy, and loaded with flavor. Simple ingredients, executed perfectly. Springfield honestly lacks a lot of truly great food spots, but this place is a hidden gem. If you're craving authentic street tacos and not some Tex-Mex imitation, this is it.
