For context, my mom's NEVER worked out in her life before. I also had surgeries (most recently October 2025) and have been unable to exercise since 2024. We took Christina's class on a Saturday morning and it was everything and more than we expected. Vera also assisted Christina, and they provided such an open and inviting environment. We were out of our comfort zones, but we were guided and felt safe throughout the whole way. It's silly, but I'm scared of heights (and falling) and genuinely thought that I wasn't going to be able to have my feet leave the ground. Vera and Christina's knowledge and warmth quickly disarmed my fears. I was still holding back, but I knew that we were secure and in good hands. Also, in my opinion, this was a GREAT beginners workout. My mom and I are not in the best shape, but Christina also educated us about modifications to the movements we were doing and the whole experience was accessible and inclusive. For the first time in such a long time, I was able to actually work out without having any complications after the fact. The videos make it look easy, but you're definitely still getting a workout. I also want to recognize how they were always engaging and attentive to our needs. At some point, my mom did have to take a break and step out, but Christina and Vera checked on her during and after class. Also, they airdropped us some class footage for free, which we appreciated. To call the experience welcoming would be such an understatement. It was our first time, but Christina and Vera were approachable and really made our experience unforgettable. I still feel like this is one of the best aerial spaces in Los Angeles, but I could be a bit biased to the high ceilings and making such great connections at this studio. Only thing I would love, is if they offered more hammock classes and open gym slots. It I know they also offer probates with instructors so I'm sure they have to accommodate a lot of that too. Trippy's energy radiates through a screen and I was immediately interested in being coached by him. I had my first lesson last night and WOW!!!!! I left the studio so giddy and excited. I am TERRIBLE at pole but it has become so addicting for me and trippy made me feel so comfortable about my skill level and allowed me to feel safe in my space. Since I've done all the research for this, -no, you will not find a better coach for a better price anywhere near here. Trust me. To be fair, I go to the other studio because it's quite literally .5 minutes walking distance from my house and they offer open pole (so does this place) so it allows me to practice what I've learned with trippy on a regular basis. I feel like this is awesome and allows for such a wide selection of classes. I also feel that the instructors I have experienced are extremely knowledgeable and talented! There is plenty of street parking all day in the surrounding streets. And it feels safe, even at night. I will most likely continue to have this studio in my rotation and I am looking forward to taking other instructors. Additionally, the desk staff was super kind and helpful the first time I visited. Poles and additional items are standard to other studios. One thing to note though, is that there are some classes that get booked super early in advance so you may have to wait about 1-2 months to find an opening.

The program is structured, intentional, and actually doable even if handstands have felt intimidating or inconsistent before. Aza breaks everything down in a way that makes you feel supported instead of rushed. Each week builds on the last with clear cues, smart progressions, and drills that target the real issues like strength, alignment, balance, and confidence not just kicking up and hoping for the best. I appreciated how much emphasis she puts on form, wrist care, and body awareness. My shoulders feel stronger, my balance is more controlled, and my entries are way cleaner. What stood out most is that this series doesn't just train your body it trains your patience and mindset. I feel more confident upside down and more connected to my movement overall. Offering us water and an olive tapenade appetizer while we waited for the class to begin. They start out the class with some knife skills as we chopped the ingredients for the pizza sauce and pizza toppings. Great quick lesson on easy way to chop onions without crying among other things. We made the dough for the pizza and the pizza sauce from scratch! We each got to make our own individual pizza, and had the option to grill or bake the pizza. There was a variety of toppings which we had chopped up and delicious mozzarella cheese. The pizzas tasted delicious! They also made a nutella and strawberry dessert pizza for us to share at the end of the class. They e-mail you the recipes the next day so you can try cooking on your own. Don't know if I'll ever take the time to make this again by myself, but overall a great time with a friend and a great dinner!

I dragged 4 kids here (half hour drive) to catch someone to help me book a birthday and they say they're in the middle of the class and closed the door on my face. Not closed- slammer. I love that there's plenty of parking. I don't have too hard of a time getting onto a machine but can be busy after 5 PM. It's also impressively clean. There is a referral program so definitely take advantage of that! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I believe they are open until 11 PM most days which works for me. They have a workout recovery tool where the weights are so that's a perk. It's pretty straightforward and kinda small compared to other gyms, but I think it's pretty good value.

I canceled my membership approximately two months ago and joined another gym because management…read morerepeatedly failed to address what I believe was a serious and ongoing safety concern: excessively loud, concert-level music being played from opening to closing. This was not an occasional issue. The volume was consistently overwhelming, and my phone regularly measured levels above 110 decibels. It often felt less like a fitness facility and more like being in the front row at a rock everyday cofor 70 mins at a time. I personally saw members covering their ears, and numerous members expressed the same concern. Even high-end noise-canceling headphones did not make the environment tolerable. Despite repeated requests and emails asking management to lower the music to a reasonable level, my concerns were ignored. A fitness facility has a responsibility to provide a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for its members. When management receives repeated complaints about excessive noise and chooses not to act, it reflects a serious lack of concern for member well-being. I do want to recognize one Saturday staff member who was consistently professional, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, that level of service was the exception, not the standard. Ultimately, I took my business elsewhere. My new gym provides a much more professional atmosphere where members can exercise without being subjected to unnecessarily excessive noise. Management at this location would be wise to take member feedback seriously before more customers decide to leave. As a business owner to another I would rid of people who don't value my company now look at my legs press
