We found this location of the popular Italian chain here and decided to give it a try. There was a small line from people at the game but it moved quickly. Also noteworthy is there is no seating inside this location, but there are enough tables and stuff outside. Trapizzino is known mainly for bread pockets filled with various fillings. You need to pay attention because when they run out of one flavor, they'll replace it with an entirely different flavor. Same goes for their suppli (fried rice ball) varieties. All the varieties sounded delicious, but we went with their cacio e pepe suppli, chicken cacciatore trapizzini, and burrata/anchovy trapizzini. They're a bit tricky to eat since they aren't shy with filling up the bread and forks are nowhere to be found. But man, what a great concept. The food is fairly cheap but the flavors are so varied and such high quality that you forget you're basically eating chain street food. I wish I had more room for food so I could try things like their Ethiopian stew or meatball or whatever else could come out of that kitchen. My chicken one was juicy, herbal, and the right amount of saucy. My wife's burrata was rich, but not too much, and the salty punches of the anchovies helped cut through it.
