Awesome team to watch play! They have always won or tied whenever I've seen them play at the StubHub Center; always a good time. If you come before the game, there are a lot of food trucks and stands to fill you up. Food was good but pricey; I suggest eating before getting here or settling for some hot dogs. There are also beer carts spread around the stadium for those who love a cold one. My personal faves are the Kona Brewing Company and the Golden Road carts. Get 'em early if you can or during the game because lines get super long during halftime. Those buckets of cookies they sell always smell so good! And if you're not already rockin' some Galaxy gear, there are a few stores where you can get some. Would definitely come back to watch more games; tickets are inexpensive and my son loves it!

Loved this stadium. Had great seats. Food is LA priced. Parking is LA priced as well. Didn't take long to park or exit. Sad that there were no goals.

Pre-season game, but mid-season enthusiasm. 3-0 win over NYFC!

A premiere venue to enjoy soccer. This last weekend we went to the thrilling, Galaxy v NYFC, preseason game. Thrilling because the Galaxy won and it was my first look at several of our 2018 players. I like that they allow pre-game tailgating. My daughter and I kicked the ball around while I enjoyed a few adult beverages. Once inside, the field was in prime condition. The place is super clean, the fans are well behaved, and they have good beer and food options. To find options outside the typical stadium fare, see the vendors on the outside perimeter, away from the grass end, near the tennis courts. We LOVE the BBQ booth, and craft beers. They also have a full bar which is at the end opposite the grass. I'd ALWAYS jump at the chance to see the Galaxy play, great team, and lovely venue for a soccer game.

So for many of years Americans did not think too much about Futbol aka Soccer but since Beckham [see photos] had his British invasion...things have REALLY changed...ha ha not really. Americans are still stupid about soccer. Get over your NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL BS . ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FUTBOL! For the record I have been going to see the Galaxy since the Home Depot Center opened. So I am not on the Beckham bandwagon...but you are welcome to hop on board...it's a lot of fun. [shhhhh....quiet I am watching the NBA Playoffs] :)

Amazing place

I had season tickets in San Diego for 10 years. They moved to the soccer stadium up in LA and…read moretried to charge me 4x the price for really bad seats. Not having $13K for tickets I had to cancel. Sofi opened and I bought tickets again. They sold me the three like I had in San Diego. The next season I asked for a forth. Family and friends changing 4 would better accommodate my situation. I also paid the $1000 for tailgating parking. Each of the last 4 years I tried to add a seat. I was told none were available. My friend who is in the army and stationed in Germany called to get tickets 2 years ago and the Chargers sold him 4 tickets better than mine for less. I mentioned this to my so called rep with the Chargers and said there are different tickets but would not provide details. Why as a customer am I getting treated different. I was born in SD in a military family. Why I am a Charger fan. This year I expressly stated I would not renew unless I could get a 4th seat. I had friends call to buy 4 tickets and they were told no problem. I was told to wait for relocation time. Relocation time I got an email stating I can move my 3 tickets but if I wanted to add or remove tickets I needed to call. I called and they saw the 4 years of my calls and requests. I was told they had to talk with the lead staff to see what they could do. After a long hold the Chargers stated since I sold some of my tickets the last few seasons they would not sell me a fourth ticket. I can not in recommend doing business with the Chargers. I don't know the schedule when the games are. I don't know where I will be or if you will flex tickets that we planned for. Most importantly you can't sell these tickets you greedy tool. NFL take note and get new leadership here. You lost a 20 year ticket holder because I asked to buy an extra seat! You must be stupid.

A lot of people agree, the Chargers shouldn't have moved from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2017…read more Since then, the Chargers have solidified their second-tier status with other secondary LA teams. They include the Angels (MLB), Clippers (NBA), Ducks (NHL), and LAFC (MLS). The Dodgers (2020), Lakers (2020), Kings (2014), and Galaxy (2014) have won league championships more recently than their LA counterparts. The Rams are the last team to win the Super Bowl (2022). I think the Chargers are most comparable to the Clippers. The Chargers and Rams share SoFi Stadium as their home stadium. The Lakers and Clippers share Crypto.com Arena as their home arena. The Chargers haven't won a Super Bowl and have made it to The Big Game only one time (1994). The Rams have won two Super Bowls and have made it to The Big Game five times. The Chargers and Clippers have spent less time in LA than the Rams and Lakers, respectively. Also, coincidentally, the Chargers and Clippers both moved from San Diego to LA (the Clips moved to LA in 1984). Throughout history, the Chargers haven't been a bad team. They just haven't had much postseason success despite their fair share of playoff appearances. I know the Chargers best for the Philips Rivers era. Rivers went to college the same time I did. As a Georgia Tech student and fan, I watched Rivers' career unfold when he was the QB at conference rival NC State. Rivers would go on to have a 16-year career with the Chargers (2004-2019). He started every game during the 2006-2019 seasons. Including his final NFL season with the Indianapolis Colts, Rivers is second all-time in most consecutive starts (240) by an NFL QB behind Brett Favre (297). Rivers has the most passing yards and passing touchdowns among NFL players to have never reached the Super Bowl. The closest Rivers got to the Super Bowl was the 2008 AFC Championship Game (2007 season), a 21-12 loss at New England. Rivers never played in another conference championship game. The Rivers era coincided with LaDainian Tomlinson's time with the Chargers (2001-2010). LT was an absolute beast in his prime, which was at the same time the Chargers last made the aforementioned AFC title game. He set the NFL record in rushing touchdowns in 2006 with 28 touchdowns. From 2004 to 2007, LT led the league in rushing TDs three out of four years. He also led the league in rushing yards in back-to-back seasons, 2006-2007. He was the NFL's MVP in 2006. Since moving to LA in 2017, the Chargers have had three winning seasons. However, they've only made the playoffs once (in January 2019; 2018 season). The team just finished its first season under new head coach Brandon Staley. This is Staley's first job as an NFL head coach. He spent the previous few years as a linebackers coach for the Chicago Bears and Denver Broncos and, most recently, as the defensive coordinator for the Rams.

Last on my checklist... playing 1-on- 1 with Michael Jordan. Next to last on my checklist... attending Drew League. Drew League basketball for me is like that girl I always heard about but had never seen. The sexy, pretty, elusive tall brunette that cooked, cleaned and could school me on Star Wars trivia while dancing the night away with me on the pier at the beach (I know, not possible). Not high maintenance, but worthy of it all, because she is that good. Drew League is the equivalent for basketball. All substance, no frills. Small gym, NBA All Star talent ballin' hard and flashy for rep and pride, free admission. FREE ADMISSION! So if I had attended in 2011 I could've seen Kobe take on James Harden or Lebron James wax the floor. If I went in 2014 I could've seen Kevin Durant ball it up. And this year, Klay Thompson took on James Harden while Stanley Johnson guarded Baron Davis the same time that Keith Closs put a body on Andre Drummond. Metta World Peace even brought a team with his brother and his son on it while Swaggy P and Demar Derozan kept slammin' and AT&Ting it on another squad. If you are a hoops junkie, you understand the quest for the ultimate pick up game. Drew League is it. Yes it's a league and there are refs, but where else can you go, where any given day in July or August, a NBA All Star will show up and ball it up for free? There is no pretentiousness. No blacked out Suburbans, no NOI with bow ties on the perimeter. It's just the ball, the court, the players and the announcer. There are high school stars, former college stars, international players, D League and former NBA players trying to get one last shot and an invite to training camp and current NBA players that need to get some summer run in. It does fill up. If people hear that a prime time NBA player's team is taking on another prime time NBA player's team, the gym is going to pack out. At that point, the line forms outside and they let people in club style... No one out, no one in. Since 2014 Nike has set up a Drew League boutique where you can customize your own Drew League shirt, tank, or shorts. You pick your shirt colors and designs and they press it on for you on site within 30 minutes. You can get some swoll items here that no other kid on your block will have. Drew League at King Drew High School is OG and like NWA, it's straight outta Compton!

Even if you saw something for sale and you forgot your coupon; the workers here are nice enough to give it to you for the sale price, as long as you're not lying and if the sale's still going on. It's pretty clean and well-organized inside, along with great workers who give their customers full attention. I sure do miss seeing Neelam working at this store! She was super cool and had great customer service! Same with the lady with the reddish hair and glasses, who likes watching wrestling! All in all; this Big 5 gets a BIG 5 STARS from me because it's just phenomenal after so many years; plus... you can't go wrong with the huge parking and the fact that it's in a mall.
