We booked one hour sessions for each of my sons at the Thousand Oaks location with an instructor. We were charged for the sessions and received a confirmation for our session. My sons lugged catchers gear, batting helmets, gloves and bats all the way from NJ. We drove 1.5 hours from where we are staying only to find that it was closed and no instructors were available. Needless to say, my sons were disappointed. We wasted a day of our vacation. To make matters worse, I requested a refund of the $240 and I have yet to even receive any response after several days.

Front-facing staff set the tone for an organization, and today's interactions did not reflect the welcoming, family-friendly environment one would expect, especially in a space that serves children and families.
