I was treated very poorly at another La Mina de Oro location and left that location without purchasing anything. Natalie apologized for that bad service, said she would help me if I went to the Ontario location and she definitely made my day better. They also tried to insist that the same products on amazon were fake knockoffs. Definitely learned a lesson today. There's no place here for companies like this.

Five Stars - Outstanding Service at Fragrance Outlet (Ontario Mills Mall)…read more I had one of the best customer service experiences in years at the Fragrance Outlet in Ontario Mills Mall. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member (Maashona) who took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. Not only did they guide me through an incredible selection of fragrances, but they also offered helpful recommendations based on my preferences--without being pushy. Their passion for the products and genuine desire to help made the experience both enjoyable and efficient. What stood out the most was the patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm they showed throughout. They even went above and beyond by letting me sample new arrivals and offering helpful tips on how to make fragrances last longer. In a time where great customer service is hard to find, this store sets the bar high. I'll definitely be back--and recommending them to friends and family!
