Shop refused to reimburse or replace. No text or call to recipient to tell her the flowers were delivered. (EDIT: the delivery driver apparently did call to say there was a delivery. But apparently the call was so rushed they couldn't be bothered to say what exactly was being delivered. So my recipient assumed the delivery was for something else she had ordered and did not check around her house when she got home.
