William knows his way around an industrial kitchen, he found the warmer and stored our extra trays to keep them warm.  All the trays were labeled perfectly so that we could easily replace the covers.  We had enough food left over to donate to the community center where our event was held.  When William called to follow up after the weekend, he was happy to hear that we'd done so, his business also donates food.  If you have an event in the Quad Cities and you're seeking good BBQ and southern comfort food, I recommend Strickly Southern Catering.  Without a doubt, 5-Stars!

Each month, there's a new selection of around 15 meals. You can mix and match however you'd like--selecting different meals or multiple portions of your favorites. Pickup locations are available in North Liberty and Kathy's Pies in Cedar Rapids. Every meal arrives frozen with cooking instructions. We rarely have leftovers, but it's still more cost-effective than dining out. I appreciate that there's no subscription requirement, though you do need to order a few weeks in advance since spots fill up quickly. My husband likes to add extra seasoning to some meals for a bit more heat. I wish they offered a wider selection of non-dairy meals for those who are lactose intolerant. This is an excellent option for busy families, new parents, elderly individuals, those recovering from illness or surgery, or anyone wanting to supplement/change up their meal routine.
