My mother in law has been at this facility for over a month. Their "care" is anything but that…read more They wake her up at 6:30am and tell her someone will be back soon. HOURS go by. She is blind with a broken arm and very limited mobility. She needs assistance getting up and placed in a chair. They leave her there for hours not checking in on her. She has called my husband crying multiple times and he goes over there almost every day for hours to take care of her. At $800 a day the care should be exceptional. They took her arthritis cream away 3 times as it wasn't prescribed. It's an over the counter cream that helps with her pain and they take it away! Horrendous all the way around.

Our family was lucky to hear about Tiburon Hills Care Center from an affiliated rehabilitation…read morefacility when it became obvious that what our mother needed in the final weeks of her life was not rehabilitation, but top-notch hospice care in a quiet, restful setting. She was assigned a private room with a view of rolling hills and a flock of wild turkeys and the occasional deer that roamed the grounds. All of the nursing and medical staff who attended Mom were clearly well trained and treated her in a dignified and compassionate manner. The staff were happy to accommodate our mother's wish to spend her last days surrounded by family, making her own choices of whether to participate in scheduled social activities. She enjoyed the food and when she or family members asked for little extras from the kitchen, the answer was always yes. We were all made to feel completely welcome and comfortable during Mom's stay, and at the end of her life the staff offered us lots of kind support. I strongly recommend Tiburon Hills to anyone seeking expert and humane care in a setting as beautiful as anything Marin County has to offer.

I was surprised to realize I hadn't written a review for this business already. Their product,…read moreTraumacare, was recommended to me by my chiropractor following my hip replacement surgery in July 2015 to speed healing. I contacted them, was able to order it online and it arrived quickly. As I remember, the cost was reasonable and the directions were clear. I already use Arnica gel for bruises and find it very effective. I was very pleased that the capsules Alpine sent me were easy to take and I noticed no untoward effects. Recently a friend had a slip and almost fall that's left her w/ lingering pain and soreness. I called my chiropractor w/ a description of my friend's injury and asked her for a reminder about the name of the product so my friend could get some. My chiropractor called me back w/ the information and I've passed it on to my friend. You can read about Traumacare on the company's website in more detail.
