Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping. They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion. They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOL At the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more. I would recommend shopping here if you are ever in need of new clothing.

There's a large shoe section, with a good focus on children's shoes. I noted a large accessories department with name brand handbag designers. However both times I've visited the store, the handbags were fairly disorganized. Also, and I'm not sure why I was surprised, there was a section with linens, pet items, luggage, and other typical department store sections. They were exceptionally small, but being the Rack and not the main branch, it makes sense.

Some of the stores in the mall are decent, there's Hollister, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Journey's, American Eagle, Pink, ect. (which are the ones I normally visit). There are some stores on the other hand that aren't great and to be honest most of the stores are pretty underwhelming. I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. Honestly my favorite part of the mall has to be the AMC movie theater the food is overpriced but I will say the theater is clean, has a good selection of movies, and is comfortable. I also got really sad when they removed the Starbucks from the mall! It was my favorite. If you want a better, bigger mall to go to, I would go to Barton Creek Mall.

Ambience: Everything is beautifully lit in neat rows of clothing racks with spacious walkways, fitting rooms and sitting areas. There is a beautiful, private area in the back with a pedestal and large mirror for you to check out your dresses and comfortable seating for family or friends that may be with you to see. 2. Clothing: So many options, colors and styles of Indian outfits ranging from casualwear to bridal that you can truly get for any occasion. Outfits are priced extremely reasonably as well. They have lehengas, anarkali suits, gowns, designer-wear, shervanis, kurtas, salwars among others. The colors and patterns also range from bright and summery to darker and more elegant. It's hard to choose just a few things to try on! They can also custom make outfits if you are looking for something in particular or have an idea in mind. 3. Service: The service is absolutely wonderful - my mom heard about the owner, Mina, from several community events and her husband Jimmy was there on multiple occasions when we went to try things on. He was absolutely wonderful in helping us find things we might like and making us feel comfortable in the shop. It was very homely and he was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. In summary, this is 100% the best Indian boutique I have been to in Austin - it is not messy and cramped as these boutiques usually are, but tastefully decorated and inviting. Would definitely recommend and visit again!
