The standout dish to me was the Rigatoni All'Arrabbiata, which was very spicy in the best of ways (we love our pastas spicy). We also really enjoyed the Rigatoni Maria Rosa which had some really tasty cured meat layered on there that elevated the dish. They have great cocktails as well. Highly recommend stopping in for a casual bite or even a date night.

This is a very popular spot in a busy area so if you're wanting to eat here on a weekend you better have reservations or you'll definitely be stuck in a long queue. The atmosphere is lively but not crazy and the food is excellent. We split the prime rib cooked Medium (which results in Med Rare in Paris) . It was wonderful and the included potatoes were crispy yet fluffy and nicely seasoned. We finished with the panacota which was very creamy and rich. The service was excellent as well. Bon appetit!

I'm not sure how much locals love this place but the food was great. I made a last minute reservation day of and was able to snag a table. It gets booked up, I ended up staying at the bar because my friend couldn't make it. The hostess was sweet and gave me the option between table or bar either way. I had 2 rounds of their passion fruit (pornstar) martini and it was perfect. Not too sweet. I had the carbonara, cacio e pepe hybrid pasta and I loved it! The flavor was there and I paired it with their salami plate. Next time, I'll come back to try the truffle pasta. I loved the decor. When you walk in, it says not a strip club ln the ground. They have plenty of seating arrangements but I came closer to when they were ending service.

Locals suggested we check out the Montmartre neighborhood, and for a change, we decided to try out…read morethe Italian food. Every restaurant setup around this neighborhood felt romantic and had a hole-in-the-wall feel to it. Pebble stone streets elevated that effect. We walked-in around eight when the place was packed and were politely told to return in 30 mins which is when we were promptly seating on our very cozy table. Service was top-notch the minute we walked in this kid-friendly place. Our order was Burrata con parma o verdure, Risotto alle capesante, and Linguine Pollo e Funghi. Food arrived within 30-mins of ordering, and noise levels were on the lower end. Friendly staff, excellent service, and an on-the-house dessert left us very happy and pleased with the overall experience! Highly recommended!

It's more intimate, but I think has essentially the same menu (and you can also order pizza from Pizza Caratello next door). We came here twice (because it was so close to our hotel, and we enjoyed it so much the first time). I got the Rigatoni Amatriciana the first time, which was cooked to a perfect al dente and tasted great. The second time, I got a Pizza Napoletana, which was also excellent -- really nice crust. For dessert, I got the Flute Limoncello, which was very refreshing, especially given how warm a day it was. Service was very friendly and attentive. I heard a lot of Italian being spoken by staff, so it seemed pretty legit. I would highly recommend this place over the nearby Le Chinon, in terms of food and service.

I stumbled across it for the first time last May on vacation and was blown away. The place is small and cozy - and located down a cute residential street in Montmartre so away from the crowds. I hesitate to write this review as once this is discovered it'll be tough to get a table, but it's heartbreaking to walk a couple blocks away after a delicious meal and see the crowds eating at the many tourist restaurants in Montmartre totally oblivious to the culinary perfection so nearby! Now on to the food - I came here first last May and had Pesto Penne which I have dreamed about ever since then. Back in Paris again in January, I returned to have a squid ink spaghetti creation that I'm not sure can ever be topped. I love Italian food and have spent a lot of time in Italy and it's my go-to food in the U.S., and this restaurant is simply the best. Finally, the owner is incredibly awesome! He comes out to our table with a handwritten menu and explains all the dishes - everything is handmade and perfect! I wish I could give this 1,000 stars, seriously. If you are staying in Montmartre (or anywhere in Paris) you owe it to yourself to come here!!!!
