I've tried four different kinds here, but once I had that Birria Poutine, everything else just faded. Seriously, I dare anyone to try it and not feel forever changed. The problem? And what's wildest... every single time I've had it, it's hit just as hard as the first. It's that good. If you love rich deep flavor, go get this now. You won't regret it.

The menu is pretty standard, a few meats done Chicago-style with a few rotating sides, so you know basically what you'll get. I'd like the meats to come with a little more sauce as a general rule, but other than that I've been happy with everything I've tried.
