Everything was made with fresh ingredients. The salmon and zuccini were divine. The lamb was soft and delicate. The chocolate mousse pairing with the cooked pear and ice cream was magical. The restaurant is near the ruins of Pope's chateau high on the hill. We took our time climbing each step from the village. It was worth the experience, even before we got to the restaurant.
