Couple of things to note: -The menu is preset, but if you make a reservation they will contact you the day of to let you know what they'll be serving. The cost per person is about $45 usd per person - Portions are pretty tiny (however they do give you 5 courses) so go more for appreciation of taste. Lacked detail, focused on a big group ignoring the little tables. The big issue for me is the lack of execution on the wine paring. For me when I order wine pairing I'm paying not for the alcohol but for the experience. They brought the food out but forgot the paring which I had to remind them 2x. Not great service! The first two wines were actually the same???? I did bring it up which was really uncomfortable and just excuses, not to mention the guy stating he will bring the last one before the last dish to make sure I get it for sure. Excuses but no "how can I make it better". The food itself was so plain and completely unfulfilling. First, not a fan of Wasabi yet it was in all the fish dishes . Second, the desert was a HUGE let down and I almost felt like I was being played a joke on (pictures below) 3 strawberries and a little tiny pasta?!?! My most regrettable Michelin experience EVER!
