The back tire failed and I was told they don't make this particular tire anymore and the owner tried to push another off brand tire on me. I wouldn't accept the off brand tire which was a big miss match and the owner became very rude and angry with me. I asked for my bike back and he brought it back to me unassembled with just the bare rim with no tire to protect the rim. He said he threw away the original tire when I asked for it. Funny how I was able to go on line and find the exact same tire that they said they don't make anymore. I felt like I was being scammed. The guy became pretty hostile with me. Not impressed.

While they can work on the bike part of a Specialized, they don't work on the electronic parts. Thank goodness for Gravity Coalition - they ran diagnostics on my boyfriend's bike and determined that the battery had completely failed after less than two years. They sent his receipt and the diagnostic info to Specialized and got the battery replaced under warranty. It took three weeks, but I'm pretty sure that was because Specialized was dragging their feet - Gravity Coalition diagnosed the bike within a few days and got the ball rolling. They kept us up to date with the status and were very friendly. We did get charged for the diagnostic service, but not the battery. I would recommend this shop for all of your eBike needs!

Sure, I still agree that things are overpriced but I could spend quite a while browsing Hip & Humble. They have unique stuff and cute stuff. They have waterbottles, small clothing items, all kinds of knick knacks that make perfect gifts. I really think Hip & Humble stands out from the other "gas station" type stores in the area. It has a completely different feel to it. I just feel like this place is a lot more my style. While I love all the good concessions you can get elsewhere, I enjoy the one-of-a-kind products that Hip & Humble offers.
