The char was the first thing you tasted and there was little to no seasoning and we had to ask for salt. Had a third left on the ribeye and told Alan our server the issue with the steaks. I did tell him I didn't expect anything but I wanted to make sure other guests don't have similar experiences. The service provided by Alan and the team were great. The starters and desserts were fantastic but the chef grilling the steaks needed more experience because it ruined what was a good experience otherwise.
