A pound of the best chicken tenders I have ever had for $22 right on the strip?! On my trip to Vegas, I came here twice and brought my entended family along with me the second time because I needed everyone around me to try these. Everyone agreed, this was some of the best food we had in Vegas. They're open until I think 4am, the cups are cute and dishwasher safe (yeah, reusable cups included in this economy), and the waffle fries are just delightful. The staff was kind and genuine even at 2am.
By the time we made it to this restaurant, most other spots in the area were closed for the evening. After walking about six or 7 miles on the Las Vegas strip we stumbled upon this gem for some all-American food. Friendly staff very informative. We ordered the Alfredo Chris cut fries which were to die for. We also enjoyed a few cheeseburgers along with some super great tasting chicken wings. I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs as we merely just grazed on the food and took the rest to our hotel room. We were enamored with this food. I would definitely recommend it.
Open late so we took this as an option. There was a bit of a line so it looked promising. Had the usual waffle fries and buffalo but my favorite was definitely the Hoboken. The Hoboken says mild but to me it had no spice at all. Great seasoning, I'd say just a little too firm on the meat but still relatively good. I suggest having it with ranch to cut down on the flavor.
Stopped by this little food truck located at the Linq promenade because we heard the wings were good and they did not disappoint! The wings were fire ! I loved the dry rub lemon pepper. My cousin loved the wet buffalo wings. And the house special fries with Parmesan, cheese sauce, bacon and scallions are delicious!! This is not a healthy stop... it's for grubbing! Of course it was a tad higher in cost , but that's how everything is priced on the strip. They have several small tables for sitting to enjoy your meal. Great place to sit for people watching too. Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely go back for the wings and fries and maybe try the burger next time.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. When I checked in, the room I was given was completely dirty, clearly not cleaned and obviously used by a previous guest. This is unacceptable under any circumstances. I contacted the front desk immediately, but instead of fixing the issue, I was forced to wait over two hours to be moved to another room. That level of delay shows a total lack of urgency and respect for guests. To make things worse, the new room did not have a refrigerator, a basic amenity that many hotels include. Additionally, my reservation was made through a third-party company that clearly advertised free breakfast and free parking, which turned out to be false information. The hotel confirmed that neither was included. Between the filthy room, the excessive wait time, missing amenities, and misleading reservation details, this stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This hotel seriously lacks basic cleanliness, organization, and honesty. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning
First time here! The food was really great- the staff was amazing; engaging and funny also very helpful (you can go halfsies in the fries if you can't eat a whole basket, but I'm telling you right now-- I shldve gotten the full size!) we got wings, waffle fries and the hot dogs. It's basically an "open area"; mock food truck at the side entrance of the Linq Hotel, it's loud and can be hot depending on weather and seating might be limited but again, food was really good!
We came here after attempting to get a Bloody Mary at guy fieris restaurant but saw it was $30 for just the drink. WOW were we pleasantly surprised! It is very much a grab and go, barely a sit down restaurant, just to let you know. The linq has 3 free hours of parking for locals so check that out! Food came out super fast. The people working the counter were very down to business and efficient. Everything was delish and no complaints other than the buffalo sammich was messy but... to be expected. I LOVED my Alfredo fries and the rest of the table did too. My partner got the pepperoni pizza and we put a piece of pepperoni on a fire with Alfredo. Fuhgetaboutit. SO DANG TASTY! Highly recommend for a quick bite.
Food truck food right off the Linq promenade. Step up the steps into the Linq casino and find the truck. You can see it from the walkway. At about 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon, we had a short line. The ladies behind the counter were very sweet. Smiles and helpful. Hubby just needed food as we burned energy in Vegas. Some seating near the truck. Main people traffic is between the order window and seating. Hubby got the Double Down Burger. " Yelpers check in for a free fountain drink as of 09/2024.** Minimum purchase, but we got that minimum with the burger. Burger 5 stars. Whatever side of this you land on. Either "Food truck" Greasy spoon truck stop". Either way, it was perfect. Grilled bun? Grilled taste to the meat. I mean? Nailed it. I only got 2 bites, but the pickles,sauce and meat just perfect for us Midwestern kids. We also got to try the Disco fries! Waffles fries with gravy, parmesain, and provolone. Like a poutine frie option. Had a little spice in the gravy and really hit the spot.
Quite possibly the best thing about Buddy's Jersey Eats is the hours. Want to eat like a boss at 230am? This is going to be the spot. Open until 3am on weekdays and a whopping 5am on weekends, this is the perfect post going out spot. Found within the Linq Promenade entrance by the Caesars Sportsbook, you'll see the food truck beckoning you for some late night unhealthy eats. The crispy chicken sandwich slathered with alfredo sauce with added bacon, cheese and scallions is great late night food. It feeds the itch and it was actually tasty. It's messy as heck but gets the job done. And the waffle fries that come along with the meal help, too. I definitely don't recommend headed out of your way to eat here. But if you're staying at the Linq, it's not a bad, especially late night, option on the Promenade.
So its a food truck themed spot but there is an actual food truck here. Nice! Its located in an entrance at the Linq hotel/casino so the truck is technically outside. Pretty cool! I ordered the Alfredo Crispy Chicken Sandweeech. Plenty of bacon chunks and the chicken was tender and not dry. Delicious. The Alfredo Waffle Fries were nice and crunchy with a taste of parm in each bite. One of our party ordered the Hoboken Crispy Chicken Sandweeech and was very happy with it. And the others had The OG Jersey Ripper Hot dog. They prefer a more traditional hot dog and the OG did not disappoint. Even on a busy Saturday night, Jose the cashier was very helpful and spent the time to answer our questions. When the food was done, Susana announced our order with a smile, ready for us to pick up. She was really nice and it means a lot to see their employees making that effort to make customers feel special. The table setup is small like a real food truck experience. But taller tables and chairs. Perfect for a break from your Las Vegas walking experience.
This place is perfect for a midnight snack because they are open late when all the other restaurants around the linq promenade are closed. It's also stretched to the link so it's it's a little hard but it's right across from the cute bath bomb shop outside. Keep your eyes peeled! They had a lot of options involving cheese which thrilled me. I ended up going with the Alfredo Chicken Sandwich and that was absolutely one of the best chicken sandwich I'd every had. The cheese sauce complimented the perfectly crisped chicken topped with Alfredo sauce, chives, and BACON I was in love! The service was friendly the only thing that was a bummer is that you can not charge this restaurant to your room even if you are staying to the Linq. If that was the case I would bought much more lol but other than that, I'd say everything was perfect. Really cool how the chairs are half inside half outside overlooking all the tourists walking by. Always a great show as a local when you enjoy your sandwich lol
Garlic Parmesan Wings were so flavorful! I enjoyed it because compared to other places, the seasoning was on the chicken rather than drizzled sauce, and tasted like fresh ingredients instead of processed coating. The to go counter was very clean and showcased their other items. The cashier was polite and upbeat, and the food was prepared in good time.
Not a bad stop if you don't have much time. I like their twist on a usual hotdog and the Alfredo waffle fries were spot on. Staff moved along some non patrons that decided to use their seating area. Our order came out within 5 minutes.

I stopped by Buddy's to grab a quick bite to eat for a late lunch. I went with a bunless double cheese burger with pickles and onions. There was no line and it took less than 10 minutes for my order ro be ready. The buger was decent. It is possible that I may have come here 1 more time if my stay in Vegas was a little longer. I might consider on future visits if it is nearby. This is definitely a pass through burger place as the seating is extremely limited. It is located between the casino floor (LINQ) and access to the Promenade. It can be loud and busy with foot traffic. It is well for suited for a quick bite or taking back to your room if you're in the LINQ or Flamingo hotels. read more

In Vegas for a convention, realized I hadn't eaten dinner on arrival day. It was past 11pm so I was looking for a place that was still open, and I didn't have to travel too far for. Holy crap this place is amazing! Got a Single OG combo with the Alfredo fries upgrade. I'm in fat kid heaven. This all tastes amazing. The fries are something I've never had before like this. I honestly probably could have bought the full fry and been full. Burger and half order of the fries? Sooooo full. I'll definitely be coming back. 6 3 top tables with barstools, right at the edge of everything. It was past 11pm so I was looking for a place that was still open, and I didn't have to travel too far for. read more

Food wasn't good over all. You know a wing place is going to be bad if your wings take less than 3 minutes to be ready. Not only the the price for 8 wings is 15 dlls, which btw you can not order 2 flavors (not even with the 12 piece order) wings were undercooked. Especially the drumies Also, the fountain machine was out of carbonation. All carbonated Pepsi products, tasted like just syrup. When I let the person that took my order, she just went "oh yeah?!" and didn't do anything about it. Because I was not able to get two flavors, I then ordered lemon pepper and added, as suggested, a side of hot sauce. The wings came out with barely any lemon pepper seasoning on them. If I would have known, I should have just order the hot wings and be done with it. For 35 dlls plus tip, as there is no simple order of fries to order with your wings, so you have to order a basket of waffle fries, which they were also either cold or warm but very crunchy. As if they have been sitting out there and they just tossed back into the fryer to warm them up. I know it is Vegas and prices may be average for it, but you could at least expect your food to be properly cooked. Over all my experience was not a good one. Will not come back. read more
Walked around the LINQ hotel since I was craving fried chicken. Didn't find anything that seemed interesting until I was coming back inside and saw this food truck right as I was walking in. I'm pretty familiar w/ Buddy's cake and pizza so this was different that what I've eaten at his other shops/restaurants. All I can say is WOW! The Hoboken Style chicken wings were so good I wish I had ordered more than 1. The entree had 6 good size pieces and boy there were really good. The wings were crispy and cooked all the way through and the flavor was great as well. *add a side if ranch, you won't regret it read more

It was our first time here. There was no line so we ordered something to eat. The food was ok, nothing exciting to say. The hot dog was so small and was pricey for its size. We also ordered the waffle fries and beignet for dessert. I liked the beignet the best out of everything. Sorry to be so harsh, but I don't think I'd eat here again. read more

Surprisingly came across this place during one of our late night adventures! We were walking back to our hotel from one of the bars in one of the other hotels and stumbled upon this food truck. I was just going to eat my leftovers but grabbed a few bites of my bf's order. He ended up ordering the Hoboken Style Crispy Chicken Sandweeech which has Garlic-chili aioli, vinegar pepps and onions. It was honestly the perfect little grab n go that we've had in a while. Unfortunately they didn't have a box or bag for us to carry it so it was a struggle walking back to our hotel with other stuff in our hands but once we finally made it back to enjoy, it was pure perfection. Super delicious and had so much flavor! Normally I don't go for chicken sandwiches because they can be too dry unless I get some sort of sauce on the side but this one was great and didn't need anything extra! Keep waking, Not a fan, would try somewhere else. This place is just off the Linq. The food is so/so, bread is pretty hard and they reheat everything with a large air fryer type thing. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - bread was hard, not spicy, ate 1/2 of it. Classico - hard bun, too much brown mustard, deep fried but not really. Wings - okish, nothing special. read more

Tourists and locals alike warn of eating at restaurants with a TV celebrity chef's name on the marquee. I should have known better. This food truck is located at the Linq Hotel and Casino, just inside the entrance from the Linq Promenade. It's centrally located and easily accessible, but that's where to "Pros" end. I ordered the Prosciutto and Mutz (mozzarella) sandwich. When placing the order, the person at the register stopped and said "It has cheese on it", as if to warn me. When I responded by saying I understood, she asked again if it was okay that it had cheese. I can read, so I'm not sure why we had to go around with this topic twice. Well, I hate to say it, but this thing was nothing but a big pile of grease. The entire sandwich, bread and all, was deep fried. I'm not from New Jersey, but I can't understand how anyone could like it. Plus, there was only one very thin slice of prosciutto, so the star of the show was barely there. The Linq Promenade is literally steps away with plenty of quick serve restaurants. Do yourself a favor and check out one of those, instead. You'll thank me later. read more

Every time I come to Vegas I have to stop here!! These are the best wings/fries on the strip. They are always flavorful, orders don't take long to make. They do have weird hours right now- only open like Friday-Sunday so check before you go! read more

When everything else is close in the Linq Promenade you can always depend on Buddy's to satisfy your vegas hunger. This place is so simple but delicious. Filling food with good portion size. Service is decent. read more

I came here because sooo many people eat here. The reviews are low, but I walked past this truck and never saw it empty. Personally, it was one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. My egg was wet, no flavor, and overall I was just super disappointed. The bacon was probably the best part & it's really hard to mess up bacon. I will never eat here again. If you can't perfect a simple breakfast sandwich I have a hard time believing any food is fresh. read more
