Stopped by this little food truck located at the Linq promenade because we heard the wings were good and they did not disappoint! The wings were fire ! I loved the dry rub lemon pepper. My cousin loved the wet buffalo wings. And the house special fries with Parmesan, cheese sauce, bacon and scallions are delicious!! This is not a healthy stop... it's for grubbing! Of course it was a tad higher in cost , but that's how everything is priced on the strip. They have several small tables for sitting to enjoy your meal. Great place to sit for people watching too. Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely go back for the wings and fries and maybe try the burger next time.

First time here! The food was really great- the staff was amazing; engaging and funny also very helpful (you can go halfsies in the fries if you can't eat a whole basket, but I'm telling you right now-- I shldve gotten the full size!) we got wings, waffle fries and the hot dogs. It's basically an "open area"; mock food truck at the side entrance of the Linq Hotel, it's loud and can be hot depending on weather and seating might be limited but again, food was really good!

We came here after attempting to get a Bloody Mary at guy fieris restaurant but saw it was $30 for just the drink. WOW were we pleasantly surprised! It is very much a grab and go, barely a sit down restaurant, just to let you know. The linq has 3 free hours of parking for locals so check that out! Food came out super fast. The people working the counter were very down to business and efficient. Everything was delish and no complaints other than the buffalo sammich was messy but... to be expected. I LOVED my Alfredo fries and the rest of the table did too. My partner got the pepperoni pizza and we put a piece of pepperoni on a fire with Alfredo. Fuhgetaboutit. SO DANG TASTY! Highly recommend for a quick bite.

Food truck food right off the Linq promenade. Step up the steps into the Linq casino and find the truck. You can see it from the walkway. At about 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon, we had a short line. The ladies behind the counter were very sweet. Smiles and helpful. Hubby just needed food as we burned energy in Vegas. Some seating near the truck. Main people traffic is between the order window and seating. Hubby got the Double Down Burger. " Yelpers check in for a free fountain drink as of 09/2024.** Minimum purchase, but we got that minimum with the burger. Burger 5 stars. Whatever side of this you land on. Either "Food truck" Greasy spoon truck stop". Either way, it was perfect. Grilled bun? Grilled taste to the meat. I mean? Nailed it. I only got 2 bites, but the pickles, sauce and meat just perfect for us Midwestern kids. We also got to try the Disco fries! Waffles fries with gravy, parmesain, and provolone. Like a poutine frie option. Had a little spice in the gravy and really hit the spot.

Quite possibly the best thing about Buddy's Jersey Eats is the hours. Want to eat like a boss at 230am? This is going to be the spot. Open until 3am on weekdays and a whopping 5am on weekends, this is the perfect post going out spot. Found within the Linq Promenade entrance by the Caesars Sportsbook, you'll see the food truck beckoning you for some late night unhealthy eats. The crispy chicken sandwich slathered with alfredo sauce with added bacon, cheese and scallions is great late night food. It feeds the itch and it was actually tasty. It's messy as heck but gets the job done. And the waffle fries that come along with the meal help, too. I definitely don't recommend headed out of your way to eat here. But if you're staying at the Linq, it's not a bad, especially late night, option on the Promenade.

So its a food truck themed spot but there is an actual food truck here. Nice! Its located in an entrance at the Linq hotel/casino so the truck is technically outside. Pretty cool! I ordered the Alfredo Crispy Chicken Sandweeech. Plenty of bacon chunks and the chicken was tender and not dry. Delicious. The Alfredo Waffle Fries were nice and crunchy with a taste of parm in each bite. One of our party ordered the Hoboken Crispy Chicken Sandweeech and was very happy with it. And the others had The OG Jersey Ripper Hot dog. They prefer a more traditional hot dog and the OG did not disappoint. Even on a busy Saturday night, Jose the cashier was very helpful and spent the time to answer our questions. When the food was done, Susana announced our order with a smile, ready for us to pick up. She was really nice and it means a lot to see their employees making that effort to make customers feel special. The table setup is small like a real food truck experience. But taller tables and chairs. Perfect for a break from your Las Vegas walking experience.

Garlic Parmesan Wings were so flavorful! I enjoyed it because compared to other places, the seasoning was on the chicken rather than drizzled sauce, and tasted like fresh ingredients instead of processed coating. The to go counter was very clean and showcased their other items. The cashier was polite and upbeat, and the food was prepared in good time.

Not a bad stop if you don't have much time. I like their twist on a usual hotdog and the Alfredo waffle fries were spot on. Staff moved along some non patrons that decided to use their seating area. Our order came out within 5 minutes.

You can see in the middle of the drummie, undercooked chicken.

Food wasn't good over all. You know a wing place is going to be bad if your wings take less than 3 minutes to be ready. Not only the the price for 8 wings is 15 dlls, which btw you can not order 2 flavors (not even with the 12 piece order) wings were undercooked. Especially the drumies Also, the fountain machine was out of carbonation. All carbonated Pepsi products, tasted like just syrup. When I let the person that took my order, she just went "oh yeah?!" and didn't do anything about it. Because I was not able to get two flavors, I then ordered lemon pepper and added, as suggested, a side of hot sauce. The wings came out with barely any lemon pepper seasoning on them. If I would have known, I should have just order the hot wings and be done with it. For 35 dlls plus tip, as there is no simple order of fries to order with your wings, so you have to order a basket of waffle fries, which they were also either cold or warm but very crunchy. As if they have been sitting out there and they just tossed back into the fryer to warm them up. I know it is Vegas and prices may be average for it, but you could at least expect your food to be properly cooked. Over all my experience was not a good one. Will not come back.

Their Alfredo chicken sandwich. Scrumptious sandwich!

This place is perfect for a midnight snack because they are open late when all the other restaurants around the linq promenade are closed. It's also stretched to the link so it's it's a little hard but it's right across from the cute bath bomb shop outside. Keep your eyes peeled! They had a lot of options involving cheese which thrilled me. I ended up going with the Alfredo Chicken Sandwich and that was absolutely one of the best chicken sandwich I'd every had. The cheese sauce complimented the perfectly crisped chicken topped with Alfredo sauce, chives, and BACON I was in love! The service was friendly the only thing that was a bummer is that you can not charge this restaurant to your room even if you are staying to the Linq. If that was the case I would bought much more lol but other than that, I'd say everything was perfect. Really cool how the chairs are half inside half outside overlooking all the tourists walking by. Always a great show as a local when you enjoy your sandwich lol

Walked around the LINQ hotel since I was craving fried chicken. Didn't find anything that seemed interesting until I was coming back inside and saw this food truck right as I was walking in. I'm pretty familiar w/ Buddy's cake and pizza so this was different that what I've eaten at his other shops/restaurants. All I can say is WOW! The Hoboken Style chicken wings were so good I wish I had ordered more than 1. The entree had 6 good size pieces and boy there were really good. The wings were crispy and cooked all the way through and the flavor was great as well. *add a side if ranch, you won't regret it

Every time I come to Vegas I have to stop here!! These are the best wings/fries on the strip. They are always flavorful, orders don't take long to make. They do have weird hours right now- only open like Friday-Sunday so check before you go!

Not ice cold but prepped in advance and kept on the cold line cold. I guess the heat press just needed a few more minutes to make it all the way through. I couldn't take a decent bite without risking tooth damage. I tried prying the inedible half from the salvageable half and the cheese concoction was fused to the side that was inedible. I ended up with an overpriced, sad piece of toast with remnants of cheesy goodness. My husband had the Hand Burger Pie. An absolute disaster on the opposite side of the spectrum. His burger was ice cold in the middle. The edges were warm but the majority of the rest of the burger were ice cold. Such a waste of almost $40 for two completely inedible sandwiches.

I'll be looking out for that when it drops. So stay tuned my Yelp friends. Here's my story: I saw this Bubble Tea truck on IG Flavor_Fusion follow them. I was taking pictures an supporting them on IG. I was getting curious, so I wanted a Taro Milk tea. So I said, "hey let's get it" I normally get Boba teas with the kids. But the kids are in (College) schools out of state. So I wasn't gonna wait till the holidays, when they come back home. When they do come back, I'm bringing them here. What's cool is Flavor Fusion takes Cash and Venmo. I rarely keep cash on me. So love when trucks have a chip reader or Venmo. Now I just started using Venmo and John was cool enough to walk me through it. That was pretty awesome and awesome customer service. This was the second time using that app. So my Venmo purchase was around $11 bucks for everything. Flavor Fusion also sells Fruit Teas and Smoothies along with the Milk teas. For items, that I know of. Flavor Fusion offers. Shrimp tacos ,potstickers shrimp egg rolls. I wanted to try out the shrimp egg rolls. They was pretty cool, straight fire in my opinion. I also got my drink Taro Milk, love that stuff and a Milk Tea. They do have Boba to add to the drinks of you want. Everything was hella good and I'm definitely a fan. I'll be coming back soon. This location is on the Strip near Paris and on the outside of the mall that has Planet Hollywood. We recommend that you try to get parking in the mall. They say the first hour is free, but ND does not validate However, the slightly cheaper lot across the street currently uses the Metropolis parking app/web service, both of which were unuseable and super frustrating. We saw many other people give up trying to pay and leave and several reviews online for disputed fees for their services when we tried to get help to pay. We happened to go on a Tuesday, which was Cinco de Mayo. We arrived about 2:30 for linner (the meal between lunch and dinner) Consequently, they had a $10 for 3 street tacos and a BOGO for Margaritas. In addition to these specials, we also got their chicken taquitos and friend ice cream. Everything was good, none of it was bad, but none of it was truly excellent. We would order everything we got again. The taquitos were the kind that are larger in diameter and lightly fried. The amount of meat was average, not light or a lot. The guac and cream were runny pre-topped rather than sides. The street tacos were much better quality than the taquitos. We got the filet, chicken, and pork. The chicken was prepared the best as it was moist, well seasoned, and had a good quantity of meat. The quantity of meat on the other tacos was also good, not skimpy at all, but the seasoning and cooking, while good, were not as good as the chicken. We had just had pork steer taco the previous night at the AYCE buffet, which was so much better, but ND's tacos were still very good. The hostess recommended the Hibiscus Margarita when she seated us and alerted us to their specials. It was rimmed with sugar and was a little sweet. The flowery flavor got stronger the further down you drank despite stirring to try to even out the flavor before drinking it. It was just ok, but definitely good enough to get again and to try for the first time if you never had it. Their standard Margarita was very good and definitely wroth getting again. The fried ice cream is not to be mistaken for their fire Carmel ice cream. It is not the actual or standard fried ice cream that places like the Acapulco restaurant make, which are super cold ice cream that is actually fried inside a sugar donut shell and covered with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Rather, ND's fried ice cream does NOT appear to be fried at all, but covered in corn flakes and served with dessert style sweet fluffy tortilla chips covered in chocolate and strawberry sauce--apparently the chips are the fried part. Nevertheless, ND's version is a nice desert, but just not the historic fried ice cream--we would get it again, but might try to flaming Carmel one next time. The highlight of our visit was actually the service. We were seated in the bar area and a blonde woman who seemed to be sharing the bar tending responsibilities with two other women served us. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name, but she was obviously working really hard and did an EXCELLENT job waiting on us. Overall, and except for the parking, which is not ND's responsibility, we had a great visit here, would come back, and would recommend you give them a try. We have had their nachos on our previous visit and they are just ok, but they have a wide variety and the serving sizes are super big--they also pair well with their cocktails.
