The natural cider was exceptional, and like almost no other cider I've had before. Super tangy with fresh fermentation. The rice pudding was also excellent.
Of their specialties, it would've been nice to have either the Madrid tripe _or_ the Asturian bean stew, but they use the same tomato sauce base, chorizo, and black pudding for both of them, so they were somewhat repetitive. That said, the beans and tripe were incredibly melt-in-your-mouth tender, which was really nice.
Potato omelet and chorizo slices were both relatively standard.
