The sauce that comes with the meatballs is delicious, I would eat a bowl of it on its own. Their carbonara I get every time I come and it's always perfect. The upstairs (Il Colosseo) is often very busy but still has a nice atmosphere, but as they serve food in the bar downstairs now (Incontro) I go their more often as it has more of a cozy yet modern feel to it and they take walk ins (no booking). They don't put any Parmesan cheese on the spaghetti or salad. The glass of house red and white were decent. Nothing special. There must be better Italian nearby. It looked very appealing and seemed creamy which is a must for a good risotto. Lastly my sister ordered the penne and chicken which I did taste. It came with a cream sauce that was well spiced and once again was a great dish. All in all, this place may not be anything spectacular but it offered great tasting and filling food at a very reasonable price.
