The tasting menu options are very affordable as tasting menus go! Our favorites this time were the mussels as well as the tomatoes with dijon ice cream (yes!). For me, the beef cheek was not so nice. The ambiance is really cozy and nice and eclectic, definitely not overdone like some Mexican places and they have a great selection of tapas, even for me as a vegetarian! I love it when restaurants here in Utrecht have "house cats".
