I also liked the underground parking for security and convenient access to the hotel late at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the lobby and halls were luxuriously decorated as well. Along with the competitive pricing for rooms, the hotel offers a social hour with complimentary drinks and light snacks. This along with the amazing complimentary breakfast really sets this hotel apart from the others in the area. I have never seen a complimentary breakfast that offered as much as this one. They offer a custom omelet bar along with a buffet of other hot breakfast foods, oatmeal, fruit, cereals and breads and a variety of pastries. In addition to the offering, the dining area was well staffed with attentive servers and wait staff. A beautiful hotel, luxury accommodations and attentive staff.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Glendale multiple times and am a loyal Hilton customer…read more In general, I've always appreciated Hilton hotels because of their friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was extremely disappointing. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout my stay. The bathroom conditioner dispenser was not properly secured to the wall and repeatedly fell off during the night. Although it was supposedly fixed, the same issue happened multiple times. The coffee machine was also not cleaned properly. It still contained old black residue left behind by a previous guest, and I had to request a replacement. The worst issue was the bathroom. There was a strong sewage odor that made it feel like we were next to a sewer. I reported it to the front desk, but despite informing them, the problem was never resolved during our stay. To make matters worse, when I received my final bill, I was charged $3 for a bottle of water that I had used to rinse the dirty coffee machine because it was unusable as provided. What disappointed me the most was the lack of management involvement. Despite all of these issues, the General Manager never reached out to acknowledge the poor experience. A simple concern for the guest's experience would have gone a long way. I have always enjoyed staying at Hilton properties, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure situations like this are handled much better in the future.

It was such a good choice! This place is very new and very chic, as well as friendly. It is a little boutique hotel on a great block in Glendale. First, the rooms are large and extremely comfortable! I have a couch and coffee table nook as well as a dining table with a refrigerator and a Nespresso. There is also a desk, a big wardrobe, and a large bathroom. The bed is very comfy, and the neighborhood is quiet! Second, even though valet parking cost $30, there is a lot of street parking in this neighborhood. I arrived at 4:30 pm, which meant I could take one of these spots that have two hour parking from 9 AM to 6 PM, and keep the car there until I go to work in the morning for free. The restaurant on the roof, Mya, is so lovely! I had a friend meet me there and we had a terrific time. I reviewed it separately. The lobby is beautiful with very high ceilings and also a bar and restaurant and Starbucks there. Also, within a block and a half are cute cafés... And a Walgreens and Trader Joe's. So if you forgot anything you can just walk over there. It is a rare walkable little area. The only drawback: no pool! I was hoping to swim and that's on me lol. Also the room lighting is good but the bathroom needs better light. Putting on makeup, I could not really see how it was coming out! But other than that, I love this place. What a great hotel in the area. It has everything and is much better than a random chain hotel (though it feels most similar to the W Westwood, but without a pool!)

Although we were on the street side, the noise was not terrible. The bathroom does not have bar soap. Hand soap for the sink is mounted on the wall in a dispenser and anyone could open it and put whatever they wanted to into the dispenser. Luckily, I always bring my own soap. The bathroom was "clean enough," but I still found a special hair in the shower. The tile shelf in the shower was cracked. The front desk employees were so kind and seem to really enjoy their jobs. They were the best part of the stay!

The hotel itself is in excellent condition, with impressively clean rooms and a fresh, modern feel throughout. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff was during my stay. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there, which always makes a difference. Between the prime location and the reliability that comes with being part of the Hilton family, this one's an easy pick when visiting Glendale. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was a BIOHAZARD and UNINHABITABLE. I've stayed in some questionable places, and this was by far the worst. The linens were paper thin and had urine stains, blood stains, and multiple hairs. Ok, well I'll just take a shower in the morning and get clean. Oh sorry, the shower head was completely rusted over, the tub did not drain, and you get to stand in dirt and hair and other people soup around your ankles while you shower in rust. There was a badly patched hole in the floor. Severe water damage. General wear and tear. Everything was dirty, dusty, and filthy. I asked management to unclog my tub, clean the shower, and get linens. They did none of these things. Expedia called the hotel and the best they could do was remove the stopper from the clogged tub. Management refused to give me my money back. Expedia gave like a 50 dollar voucher. I checked out and slept in my car. This place has decent reviews on multiple platforms. Now I highly suspect that these reviews were paid for. I beg, you. DON'T stay here. And if you pay at check in you will not get a refund from the motel. You have been warned. P.S. I have pictures of everything.

Free valet parking is one of the perks. The attendant, (Josiah) whom I later learned is a supervisor, sat at the valet booth, did not move to help us and said nothing. A valet staff ran from across the street to get our attention because the valet was full. He told us where to park down the alley, which was $38/night. The supervisor still did not move to help. He kept his head down doing paperwork, never said a word to us and I saw him leaving for home a short while later. The rest of our stay was good, but what is said about first impressions is true. The bartender, Jud, was very attentive and welcoming. Our room was adequate and comfortable. We had a quiet night's rest and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were a lot of choices and the area is kept well stocked and clean. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect midway stop from San Francisco to San Diego. It is within walking distance of several quaint neighborhood restaurants which added a nice local touch to our stay and made it convenient to grab dinner. The biggest drawback was the parking and traffic flow. It took us nearly 20 minutes just to get into the driveway to unload our luggage and check in because of the line of cars waiting to pull in. Checking out wasn't much better--we also had to wait while cars backed up in the driveway before we could leave. Parking is expensive, with self-parking at $30 per day in the rear lot or valet parking at $45 per day, plus a service fee. One of the highlights of the hotel was the bar and lounge area. After a full day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind with a drink in a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00-10:00 AM and offers a generous selection. There were sausages, scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, steel-cut oats, coffee, juices, and plenty of other breakfast options. The dining area was spacious, although it became crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a table. Overall, Hyatt Place Glendale offers spacious accommodations, a welcoming lounge, a great walkable location near local dining, and an excellent complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the congested arrival and departure experience, along with the costly parking.

Never discussed pricing even though I'm sure it's around $20/night. Lunch service was rushed and only one person bartending serving and cooking. Also saw him close the bar 15 mins before closing time so when a senior needed to order food 2 mins past 15, he was declined and offered to go offsite. Left a bad impression as the senior was not very able and informed him of his dilemma. If last call is 15 mins prior, two mins beyond this point isn't a big deal. They offered Byredo Mojave ghost and it smelled amazing! The room is gorgeous with a view of the Hollywood hills and the Walt Disney museum. The amenities that come with the room is amazing; the dry sauna was great, they have a relaxation room as well and we loved the tea apothecary as well. I just wish they have tea cups in the rooms! Our room felt so thoughtfully designed with a spacious bathroom, a little table, and an unbelievable shower with the best shower pressure and three different settings including a rain shower.
