After paying $188, my hair looked exactly the same -- they didn't fix the color at all, and even added more blonde, which I didn't ask for. When I called to let them know, they told that they could give me another appointment but I'd have to pay another $180+ to redo it. Honestly, it's unacceptable to pay that much and leave with no visible difference. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

Charles listened and understood my needs and delivered an exceptional layered cut which is cohesive and beautifully shaped. I have a love/hate relationship with my bangs primarily due to how they are cut; Charles delivered and they look fabulous!
