    Sunset with limoncello
    Rob H.

Love this place. So much that if I lived in Rincon, I would hesitate to post a review and spoil it. The food was great. The best place to see the sunset, especially with a great cocktail. There's a little beach--you can take a drink from the bar and sit with your feet in the ocean. Get the fish curry.

The views of the sunset are truly priceless. The service was lovely, but the food fell short. I had the half chicken, which lacked flavor and had a chewy, rubbery texture. I was very disappointed with the food, especially given the high price--it was extremely underwhelming. I'd recommend finding a free beach to enjoy the sunset and skipping this place altogether.

My new favorite place on the island. Recommend from a family member and they are so accurate with the authenticity of this location. Service was fantastic and the food was so flavorful and delicious. We ordered the shrimp tostada which was AMAZING. The salsa it was in was a perfect blend of citrusy and tangy. Would of ordered this as my entree. Also had the battered shrimp and it was a perfect shareable size. Location is beautiful near the water where you hear the sound of the waves. Deck was perfectly set that you can take a walk after dinner by the water's edge. Would highly recommend. One of Rincon's great restaurants in the area located on Black Eagle beach.

Great dinner spot with a beautiful beachside view. Sadly we stopped in after sunset, so it was darker. But I heard the sunset views are amazing. They have cute string lights outside over the dinning tables. Was not able to make reservations ahead of time, but I do suggest it. We arrived and put our name down. The wait was about 30-40 minutes. Thankfully they do have a small bar inside where we waited. Drinks were good. We started with shrimp and calamari, a special of the night, as our appetizer. For dinner I ordered an Indian dish and my boyfriend had the burger. Both were amazing. This was the first time I had Indian and loved it! Almost was tempted to grab a second plate. During dinner, a cute pit bull walked around and spent time around each table. It was great. Do recommend stopping in when in Rincon.

Cannot say enough AMAZING things about this restaurant. Staff 10/10. Food 10/10. Cocktails 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. Highly recommend grabbing a table or seat at the bar for sunset! When I visit again this restaurant/bar is for sure a repeat! Dont forget to go in the backyard and take a seat on the beach. So relaxing and a good place to digest and take in the views!

Ah, La Copa Llena. I crave this restaurant. HARD. First of all, the Marina has a very special place in my heart. Add an incredible restaurant? Yep. Checks all the boxes. Upon arrival, you walk in through a large [what I want to call] breezeway of an entrance, to the backyard deck that openers up to the most incredible view of the Caribbean Sea. (I mean, I could tear up writing this I love it so much). The tables are folky and quaint. The deck is huge. There's a small beach for the kids to play on while you wait for your food. String lights, etc. The waitstaff is attentive. Drinks are refreshing and a nice way to end the day. Okay enough about all of that. The star of the show. The Pollo (1/2 seared & roasted chicken served with I'll corn/mushroom/pancetta succotash, sautéed spinach, Dijon chicken jus) was one of the best meals I've had in my life. I love a meal that I am totally satisfied and FULL that doesn't constitute of stuffing myself with carbs. Everything was done perfectly. I have been searching recipes to try to replicate it at home because it was otherworldly. Anyway, go there. Get the Pollo. You won't be disappointed.

Special Chorizo (with egg) and Red Wine appetizer

Incredible! The sound of the waves crashing and the impeccable food was phenomenal. The special Chorizo appetizer, the Pork Tenderloin, and the NY Strip were all incredibly flavorful. Fantastic customer service as well! This was our second time and we would gladly come again.

Really a 3.5 star review but I bumped it up because I am on a good mood on vacation. The cocktails started off things on the right foot. Hibiscus margarita was very fresh and well balanced. So was the cucumber fizz, great cucumber flavor without going over the top. Fried shrimp appetizer was good and the special black bean croquettes were nothing to write home about. The appetizers came out quickly which was nice, but unfortunately the entrees came out before we could finish our apps. Most of us got the fish curry which were kind of disappointing based on other reviews. Don't get me wrong it was tasty, but everyone's fish was pretty dry and the plantains just seemed a little off. Lemon tart and tres leches desserts were both very good. The waitress was very friendly.Great view right on the water although not well lit once the sunset.

I ordered carne asada tacos which were on point bursting with flavor and so delicious! Also, they really know how to mix something special for their drinks. Sitting right by the water with the waves splashing up at you is epic, especially around sunset. The setting alone feels like it should be an unforgettable dining experience. Unfortunately, the service has consistently been unfriendly and unwelcoming, which really takes away from the atmosphere. The food has been marginal at best--fine, but not memorable, and not quite what you'd expect given the location and potential of the space. It's worth stopping by for the view (and the waves) alone, but I wouldn't come here specifically for the food or service. With friendlier staff and better food, this place could be something really special.

Breakfast Omelette- was great. I had tomato, onions, no peppers, and bacon. You can choose from adding bacon or ham. Decent but not mind blowing. Pancakes- you get multiple pancakes in the stack. They were nice and fluffy. I did wish there was some more whipped cream on the plate, which are the dollops next to it in my picture. It came with a little plastic container of syrup. Spanish omelette- had like 0 eggs in it, I expected an omelette with potatoes but it was just potatos and tortilla. Not bad just not expected. Appetizers and sides Potatoes- good Mofongo- pretty good. A little dry but I think it maybe is supposed to be like that. Great with the chicken and rice stew. Bean soup- the rice was salted, which I did not know. I put the rice in the soup to tone down the salt, but I accidentally made it even saltier. The only appetizer I would not get again if they continue to salt the rice. Beans and rice- good Lunch and dinner meals Red snapper - good, came with a side of your choice. I chose beans and rice. Rice was good and fluffy. The beans were tasty. The snapper came with a rich sauce and some vegetables. Fish Tacos- very good. I enjoyed this very much with a green local hot sauce that came if you asked for hot sauce. I would get this again if I came back. This was on the bar menu I think. Nachos- came in a big portion. Very large and good. Salad- ok. Rice and chicken stew- good. Tasted very homey and comforting like something grandma would make. There were chicken bones that you have to watch out for though. Pasta primavera- based on googling primavera pasta beforehand, I was expecting a light pasta entree, but this was smothered in butter and cheese, which was very heavy and not at all what I expected. It was tasty though, but very rich. Drinks Strawberry frappe- (non alcoholic version) tasted like an elevated slushie. It tasted like it was made from a strawberry syrup instead of fresh strawberries. Pina colada- (non alcoholic version) a good pina colada.
