The chilaquiles had a ton of flavor. I equally liked the red and green. Green was not sour like other places. Their beans were very good and packed with flavor. Potatoes could have used a little more seasoning but still good. We were immediately seated and attended on a Saturday morning. The inside was clean and had lots of tables. This is definitely one of the best spots I've been to, and the folks who run this place are incredibly warm and amicable. I have had some really good chilaquiles, and even though it's a simple dish, simple things like fresh chips and protein options are what seal the deal for me. The dish is simply awesome. The chips weren't soggy. The eggs were made just right with how I asked. The salsa was super tasty. And that extra star goes to our server taking time to talk to us, mentioning that chilaquiles is one of their most popular dishes, asking us how we were doing on multiple occasions, and ending the visit with asking how everything was before we left. The meat is amazing and well prepared and melts in your mouth. The downside is the parking there isn't a parking lot they do have street parking. Big portion for the two tostada they give. The taco was really big and had a lot of meat for $3.99 and the consommé was delicious.
