danger any elderly child or adult please take caution if you have to go there i suggest you go anywhere else. i had the absolute worst experience traumatizing this place is unprofessional scam the asian lady who calls herself a dentist should be fired and have what ever license she has be revoked immediately. i went there for an exam and cleaning mostly for a referral for an oral surgeon. im already in the worst pain as is needing my molars removed and a root canal no medication for pain anyone who knows about tooth pain can understand how painful that is! as she is examining my mouth she immediately says on no all your teeth no good i need to take all the back ones out ( i have 2 small cavities and need a root canal (because western dental in concord had already scammed me previously and extracted a tooth that had a small cavity i went in for a filling and they ended up breaking my tooth intentionally which caused me to need a root canal and crown) which is what i went in for here to fix. then she took her tool placed it in my gums on top of my front teeth and asks me " do you feel that ? that cold? do that hurt? then she removes it from my gums and quickly aggressively hits it hard on my front tooth where she seen it was chipped at the bottom to attempt to break my front tooth for her to get an extraction or crown whatever she was intendeding to do was not for my well being but to line her pockets. i strongly recommend you do not go there or take any loved ones there and if you do pay very close attention to her demeanor and actions. it inhumane and should be illegal how she so comfortably conducts herself and displays such misconduct as a medical professional she shouldn't be allowed to own a pet let alone work on the public i am beyond disgusted disappointed and livid with what transpired in my visit! you have been warned !!! read more

In addition to my previous review, I'd like to now share my experience talking to the Registration Department in-person. In my previous review, I talked about how the Registration Department transferred me to the front desk without listening to me. Long story short, I wanted to set up an appointment, but was told by the front desk I needed to first speak with the Registration Department. When I was transferred, the Registration Department immediately cut me off and transferred me back to the front desk. Since the Registration Department made clear with that phone call that they had no intention of helping me over the phone, I decided to go in-person. The lady looked at my profile and claimed that I was previously registered at La Clinica Pittsburg, which I know isn't true, because I've had a physical done in Concord. I asked her that if she could look up all of my info with just my name, number, and address, why would she lie about my registration history. Furthermore, I raised the point that since I lived closer to Concord, why would I go to Pittsburg. She just made some mocking faces at me before asking me info. One of the pieces of info that she asked was my ethnicity. I didn't know there would be a list, like Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc., After she finished getting my info, she gave me the papers to look over and correct when I noticed that she marked me down as Chinese, and I'm not Chinese. When I told her that I was Korean, she ignored me. Finally, I said it two or three more times before she snapped, "ALRIGHT, I'LL F---ING FIX IT FOR YOU, THEN! S---!" I then spoke to the place's management, I filed a complaint with the Registration Department. I told them everything that had happened while I was there. The person basically shrugged me off and said, "Oh yeah, we get a lot of complaints about her." That's really telling to me, because if management is aware of how their staff treats patients, then they don't care at all because clearly, the staff has never been disciplined or reprimanded. 0 stars. Have been trying to register for my first appointment with a primary doctor for weeks. I have called every day for the last 2 weeks and when transferred to registration it will say 1 caller ahead and will ring for an hour. After so long it switches from a ringing tone to a dial tone like it might connect but it never does. I have explained this issue to the receptionist in concord and Pittsburg location and they say there is nothing they can do. It's so unfortunate there one of the only offices that accept my insurance and it is impossible to register as a a patient. :( not a good experience. Caused me lots of waiting on the phone and stress to be unsuccessful in having registration answer the phone. Highly disappointed! Not to mention the receptionists are very grumpy, not friendly and rush me off the phone when I try to explain what's going on. read more

I'm so thankful to be a patient at La Clínica. I've had positive experiences with the doctors here especially Dr. Giselle Suazo. She is a compassionate and kind doctor. I've had bad experiences with doctors not listening to my concerns and Dr. Suazo is the complete opposite. She takes her time to listen to my needs and always has a solution. Please give this clinic a chance as they've been working super hard during this pandemic to make sure their patients are tested and vaccinated for COVID-19. read more

The staff at this clinic have zero respect for people's time. I made an appointment over 3 months ago to be seen, was told I need a phone appointment first. Waited 2 months for the phone appointment only to be told I need to come into the clinic. Had to wait another month and a half to be seen. Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. After being seen by nurse I was told to wait for another nurse. 30 minutes go by and nothing. I just ask for my paperwork and leave. Look, I understand there are other clients but waiting a total of 5 months then nearly 2 hours for nothing. Nothing was resolved and when I told them I had to go I was told I could make another appointment to finish this appointment. What in the actual f!ck! Three months. I have parasites and the people at La Clinica have toyed with my health. i was first referred to a Dermatologist who knew nothing. Zero common sense. Next? An ENT who was old as dirt who couldn't seen the gaping hole in my ear from a foot away with a magnifier on. This month? Three months later i get my referral to an infectious specialist UCSF who doesn't answer their phones for new patients and who make you wait to review the referral to see if you are worthy of them. This is f****** B*******. I'm out of patience and both my ears are literally dripping blood from being bitten. I can't go to an ER because well it's an ER and they only hire people with no common sense. If this doesn't get resolved asap i am going to the media where they will be happy to see all the negatives and all the BS that goes on here. Two days. I am in pain and haven't slept at all. Can't believe people get treated this way. I have been patient. Three months. Look at the photos below. I went to my last appt with a hole in my ear and blood dripping down my ear, they accused me of scratching my ear. Yeah. One pic is a big worm under my skin on my back. Pretty normal huh? This hole of a fake business had me cancel my regular insurance to get coverage through the state to set up 3 appointments in which if I missed any I would loss my chance to get dental. Spoke with them and went to office every time to get a referral to a private dentist that does not accept medical coverage. Robbery and the dentist I was scheduled for did not do anything but walk in say yeah you need this and send me out. If i could rate 0 stars i would. My son broke our in a rash and i took him there to be seen and they seemed to just want to get through pur appointment as quickly as possible. They assured me that the rash was caused by detergent and to cone back in a week. After his symptoms got worse the next day i ended up taking him to John Muir Urgent Care where the doctor told us this is not from detergent and tested my son for strep throat. Which he came back positive. This is uncommon for children under the age of 3. My son is 20 months, the care and concern at la clinica is far from exceptional its more unbearable. They lack being able to so any care in their patients more there for the money in their pockets. Always get a second opion when seen there. Please be aware of who is seeing your kids. This review probably doesn't even matter. Most likely if you're going here it's because you can afford to go anywhere else anyway. They called me yesterday to confirm an appointment today. I drove an hour and a half to get here. Just to find out they rescheduled me for tomorrow. I asked them since I drove an hour and a half to spare me two minutes just to make sure my babies head was in the right position because I'm about to go into labor I could feel it. That apparently was too much work. Hell It would take more effort for me to walk to the room then it would for them to just check the babies position. They don't care. OMG! what can I say other than I'm extremely satisfied. If I could I would give this place a million stars. everything is working out so far, I'm so thankful That the Facility reached out to me after a minor inconvenience. I'm only a week in to my treatment but even now I started to feel WAY WAY better. No more pain or discomfort things are looking brighter. I had multiple appointments with 2 different doctors. They were extremely amazing and well spoken about what services they could provide to help me with my problem. A lot of them were a hit and miss but they kept on trying. Both Doctors were in constant communication to find a solution to my problem. The Extreme discomfort was way to much for me that I had to go for the most invasive procedure which was extraction. Both doctors were trying to do their best to find a solution that would keep me away from full extraction. For me most seemed a bit experimental and had the potential of not working at all. Some had to be payed out of pocket, As of now I'm walking around with missing teeth reliving my childhood days hahah. It's all part of the treatment I chose. I have to be fully healed to get my partial so it fits nice and comfortable. read more

Sadly, I must let everyone know that Dr. Rezapour retired at the beginning of July. This came as quite a surprise to me. They do offer additional care with other physicians but there was something about this particular doctor I clicked with. I could see the concern in his face after he met me the first time. I also know that he would think about my case when he was at home. I would receive phone calls the next morning from his nurses with new instructions. He showed me genuine care that I had not I felt from anyone else and I appreciate him for that. read more

i should have read these reviews before making an appt. because it's close, and i'm in a lot of pain, and the COVID stuff, i called to make an urgent appt. i have at least 3 phone consults in one day, and make an appt only to have someone call back to make an appt..that was already made. Then..i take off 1/2 day from work, check in and hand over my insurance card to be asked if it's Medi-Cal. (lemme say i have Nothing against Medi-Cal, and know even less about how it would appear on a medical card, but wouldn't one be able to read the insurance card and determine if it was...ineptitude all over the place, is where i'm going) to meet a lovely MD, who prescribed meds for pain, yet...nobody sent in my script. i'm on day 3 with this clinic, week 3 with my pain, and had i gone to a real medical facility i would have likely been Not in pain. so guess what i get to do? do what i've always (and should have done, off top) done and go to the hospital. in pain. still. never have i ever. when i say Wow, i actually mean just effin wow. read more

We waited for our blood work results for two weeks. We called every day to check the results. They told us someone would've called us within 24 hours to tell us what the results were every time we contacted them. After two weeks of calling back and forth, they told us they messed up and we had to do the blood works again. read more

Never even made it into their office. This is one of the craziest medical offices I have dealt with It seemed as though they have enough patients and don't want to take on anymore. They make it almost impossible to make an appointment. I tried to reschedule an appt. and was told the doctors haven't opened up their schedule yet to call back everyday to check. I was told you have to schedule an appointment just to talk to an advice nurse and that must be done between 9-2 for a later call. I have asthma and I got Covid and tried to call my primary doctor but la clinics is closed. I called the line where an operator is always available but they ended up hanging up the call. I am so frustrated because my primary doctor has my history. Then I also went to ER room . I would not recommend this office. If you have gone there ALWAYS get a second opinion outside of this office!!! They do not care for the patients at all. It seems there philosophy is to just get you in and out as soon as possible. They misdiagnosed my great grandson when he was taken in for a sever rash. They advised it may have been from laundry detergent or soap that was being used and did not recommend any treatment for the rash. The did not even look at his mouth or throat!! Ended up taking him to the urgent care and they found he had a strep infection that went through his whole body. Thank GOD there are competent pediatricians at the urgent care!!!! My experience at the Clinica on Monument has just been wonderful. I have been greeted with a smile from Angelica the receptionist from the dental department. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable safe. She by far has made my visit more pleasant. I would definitely recommend La Clinica to family and friends. Literally worst service All around, they are extremely rude and have no understanding. Veronica in dental had a horrible tone and was aggressive with her words. Very unprofessional And insisted that We were the ones that misunderstood, and were wrong. She spoke over me countless times and told me that my mom and I should get on the same page. She has no right to talk to us like that because we are there primarily for the care of the child if she's not there to help then maybe this isn't the job for her. Dr Rezanpour is very friendly and seems to have impeccable attention to his appearance, however getting valid treatment is beyond the capacity of his expertise. I was given a runaround for two years with testing via Quest Diagnostics who according to the doctor "lost" my tests 3 times, after logging onto Quest today I was able to see that my tests were in fact there and indicated problems w my blood that he only casually mentioned. Turns out I have a parasite which I recently discovered on my own, explaining the symptoms Ive been telling him about for so long now. I recently asked for a parasite test and submitted stool to Quest a third time, he claims the lab messed up yet again, telling me today to go get a fourth test. After over 2 years of runaround I now have a dangerous parasitic infestation and have to either use dog dewormer from the hardware store or go to the hospital during a pandemic, because this process w La Clinica has proven disasterous. I told him 2 years ago I had skin problems, sore kidney, wonky digestion, and recently told him I have receding gums and brain tingling, and lower groin pain, all of which are signs of systemic infestation of intestinal worms which is horrific. We should have caught this long ago. Now I have a life threatening infestation. Furious and scared. read more
