Proceed to the (actual!) phone booth, dial, and enjoy a sultry night out in ATL's premier cigar lounge. Venue and Atmosphere As you sink into the plush leather couches, get comfortable with the mood lighting and peruse the extensive drink menu. There is a strong smell of smoke but the ventilation is decent and you will get used to it. The aesthetic is sultry, the vibes are immaculate, and the whispers of conversation linger. Service Our server and bartender were amazing. There was a mix up with our bill but they handled it swiftly and professionally. Food and Beverages The charcuterie board and two old fashions were wonderful; the perfect nightcap. They had an extensive range of bourbon to choose from which is no surprise, and the bartender is very skilled at her job. The Verdict I'll be back for another night cap!

I was meeting a colleague after work for happy hour and possibly to have a cigar. This location is optimal because you can smoke inside the cigar lounge or outside on the patio. Also, parking is FREE in the Shops Around Lenox lot. Servers are top tier by greeting each guest and quickly bringing water. The happy hour menu is some of the fan favorites and drinks at a discount. It's M-F after work and they have a late night hour from 10-11 PM (except weekends). You can't beat that! I had a berry cocktail and shared the chicken eggrolls and blackened shrimp and salmon. Small bites but big flavors! If you're avoiding carbs the blackened fish is the way to go. I hear the steaks are amazing as well. I'll be stopping here more often when I'm in Buckhead. The humidor is fully stocked and reasonably priced sticks. Check it out when you're at Lenox Mall and avoid the trendy spots.

Both were pretty good. The rooftop space is nice, and I liked having the option to hang out outside. One thing that was a little disappointing was the seating situation. There weren't many open seats available because most of the tables were reserved or required a purchase, so it was hard to find a place to settle in. The vibe also felt a little off since there weren't a lot of people there during the event, which made it feel less like a party and more like a regular afternoon at a rooftop bar. On the plus side, I did enjoy the music and the photo booth was a fun touch.

The layout is spacious with indoor and outdoor options. Food service was quick since we ordered early; food and drinks were decent, but overpriced ( I should've expected that for Buckhead but oh well). The views and vibes were great, DJ was amazing, and the people were dressed to the nines as usual in ATL. I took an Uber but parking is normally $40 per car, so please be prepared.

As there weren't any tables available in the main area where I wanted to sit down, I chose to wait there. Meanwhile, I walked to TW once again and asked him to put my name down for when a table opens up. He told me that whenever the first table is available, it is mine. I waited for 30 minutes, watching 3 tables open up, and he never mentioned anything. At some point he seated a couple at one of the tables, so I came up to ask why he hasn't called my name yet, to which he moved his arm toward me in a gesture as if he was getting rid of me, saying "you can sit wherever you want to" with an attitude. I requested to speak to a manager, and all the manager did was offer me a table. At this point I was no longer in the mood to relax and enjoy my night, as I didn't feel welcome at this place at all. After a five-minute conversation with the manager and no result, I left. Very disappointed, and not coming back here. I was going to use this hotel for my birthday, but I guess now I'm taking myself elsewhere.

Live music started over an hour late, and there's not much standing room, so I'd recommend reserving a table. Now, onto the food. I ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos (three to a plate), which were supposed to be fried shrimp topped with Asian slaw and boom boom sauce. What I got instead? Iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, and a light drizzle of sauce. Not what was described or expected, or worth $20. Only bottled water available - small bottles for $5+. I declined. The price point overall didn't make much sense throughout the entire menu. To top it off, my friend ordered a Moscato and was given the wrong wine - Chardonnay, if I remember correctly. The waitress initially pushed back, but as the wine aficionado of the group, I could confidently say it wasn't Moscato. She eventually took it back to the bar, apologized, and swapped it. Would we go back? Yes--for the drinks and live music, once the night hits its stride. But for food? Not so much.
