The food was moist and not dried out with just the right amount of sauce. It had a spicy flavor without being too over powering. The fajitas plate came out sizzling hot and stayed that way for awhile. The side is beans, lettuce and rice were warm and stayed warm while we ate. I skipped the cheese and guacamole. Service was good. A young gal sat us at a booth and was our waiting staff. She knew the menu, got drinks right away and checked on our table frequently without overdoing it. Kind and personal attitude. Atmosphere is like what other reviews said, nice decor. It did get loud when two groups were in the same main dining area. And the bar had less people and was even louder. We didn't try their alcoholic drink selection so no comment for adult drinks. Overall, Angus Mexican Grill & Cantina is a strong recommend. Definitely will come back.

The cleaned and prep tables quickly after previous people left and they had the table / booth ready in a short time. They quickly got drinks and took orders as we were ready. They followed up for refills and the food came out quick. Food was hot when it arrived our table and portions were good. Their Texas Trio Fajitas platter was good and their individual soft steak taco "street" style were excellent. Place was clean. It was too noisy for me at the bar and tables in that area. Inside the restaurant section, still loud, but not as bad as the bar area. Prices are fair. Drinks are well poured and tasted good. Overall, La Carreta is a strong recommendation and we'll be back to this location. We tried other locations and this one is the best.

All of this wouldn't have been so disappointing if it wasn't extremely expensive (we are visiting from DC and even street tacos there are cheaper!).
