When we arrived I saw that they were serving a buffet. I asked the person who seated us if we could order off the menu and he said yes. It's possible that our experience was largely due to not choosing the buffet. We were served chips and salsa soon after we were seated and our drink order was delivered quickly. We looked at the menus and waited to place our order. I saw the server take someone's order two booths away and walk past us. Then he served someone at the next booth and was walking past us again. The rice and beans were the worst we've ever had. Tasteless. The chicken burritos had shredded chicken without seasoning of any kind. The beef chimichanga was similar. Things happen, but what really matters is how a business handles them.
