My food was served, then I had to wait for the waitress, then wait for the utensils. 5 mins of calming the hungry screaming toddler and watching our food cool down was not very cool. Same thing happened to the table next to me. 4 - they ran out of cups, and my coffee was served in a styrofoam cup with a plastic spoon. It tasted like plastic and I didn't enjoy it. When I saw that I was charged $4 for it, I asked the waitress to strike it from my bill, which she did. Individually these things were not a big deal, but overall it was just not great.
