Very vibrant and unique, with a neat outdoor area and amazing TV placement for those who care about that. Even their to-go counter is well decorated and themed! I can't comment on the atmosphere since both times I've been it's been relatively quiet, but I'd imagine on a busy night this place could have a fun atmosphere. Joshua was our server and he did a good job, and our food came out relatively fast, so no issues with service. As for the food however, I can't be as positive. Last time I had the Mahi Mahi and thought it was fine enough. This time I decided to try one of their burgers. I'll be honest, I like my burgers pretty plain, which is its own can of worms. Point being, the bun tasted very odd and almost stale, and the patty was very mushy and lacked flavor. The signature sauce was also unappetizing, with it being some sort of distant cousin of mustard or potentially a very odd Thousand Islands? I'm not sure if additional toppings would save this considering the unappealing foundation. It just left me very unfulfilled. The milkshakes on the other hand? Fantastic. Definitely the highlight. It was just as good as the last time I went. I haven't been to many other places that matches the quality of here. Could not recommend more. I've yet to try the chicken or other fish so I can't comment on their quality. All I'm gonna say is, burger lovers maybe approach with a grain of salt. 3/5

I'd say the waitress made it obvious she was ready to get out of there. Ten minutes after she brought our food (pasta dishes), she came to ask if we needed boxes. I said I'll let you know when I'm closer to finishing my meal. I had to ask for more tea, and after she brought a refill, she returned with the check. It seemed pretty clear that she was ready to end her shift. When I was done, and I asked for two boxes, she took my card to pay the bill. All's well, except my bill was $51.99, tip added. I distinctly remember this figure. I even wrote it off to the side of the ticket, adding my initials. Why this is important, is because I've just checked my account, and I've been charged $58.99. This is why I rewrote the total with my initials. My tip reflected the lack of service. If you're reading this, owners, managers, whoever - train your waitresses that service is equated to the moment I decide I'm ready to leave, not your waitress. Why rush me to the degree that its obvious? I will contact my bank to dispute this charge. I wonder if the extra $7.00 tip the waitress added to the receipt was worth this review. I guess you'll see. Shameful...

I randomly came across this place the other day and decided to give it a try for dinner. The service was great. As soon as I walked in, the person at the register immediately greeted me and was very friendly. The ambiance was okay it was pretty quiet and there wasn't really anyone dining in, with most of the orders being to-go. Honestly, that didn't bother me since I was taking my food home anyway. The menu has a good variety of options. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef and chicken and got a level 4 out of 5 for spice. It was savory, delicious, and had a lot of different flavors going on. The spice level was perfect for me enough of a kick to give you that nice burn without overpowering the flavor of the food. I also ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp at a level 3 spice. It didn't have quite as much of a kick as I expected, but that order was for someone else, so I didn't mind too much. Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out. The food was really good, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I ordered vegan green curry with tofu, and my container was very sparse. The beef drunken noodles had a lot more food despite both of the dishes being the same price. Additionally, my curry was not spicy at all, even through I asked for 4/5. The taste, however, was excellent! There was a good amount of tofu and vegetables in the curry. I was pleasantly surprised by the bag of wonton chips that were given to us. The service was wonderful as well, the lady taking my order was so pleasant and helpful. According to my friend, his noodles made for a hearty, tasty, and satisfying meal.

The atmosphere was perfect for a date with my husband and our waiter Juan R. was absolutely fantastic. He knew the menu and was able to suggest an amazing dish. Juan's passion for his job showed through his customer service. I observed him stopping what he was doing to help an elderly woman that was having difficulty sitting in her chair and she was not even sitting in his selection. Juan deserves a raise. We will definitely be back.

**This is a 3.5 star rating.**…read more The food and service here are good, while the atmosphere is excellent. We came here with friends on a Thursday night. The place was busy but not overly crowded. Chips and salsas were brought to the table immediately, and our server didn't rush us to order. Though I'm typically a bean and cheese nacho guy, the chicken and beef fajita nachos here were delicious and, believe it or not, they didn't seem heavy. They keep the Pozole Verde traditional here, with some cilantro on the side. Though I didn't try it, our friend said it was delicious. I had my eyes on the Cecina Plate, which is a classic dish from Mexico of very thinly sliced beef that has been air-dried (sort of like jerky) and then cooked, sliced and served to go on a tortilla, along with some grilled queso fresco and avocado. The flavor was good, but the meat itself was a little on the tough side. (Authentic Mexican cecina is supposed to be juicy and very tender -- almost soft.) Still I enjoyed it, as I did the refried beans, which weren't overloaded with lard like so many other versions out there. I only wish that the plate had come with the salsa macha as advertised. I asked our server about it, and he said "They're warming it in the kitchen, and it'll be right out." It never arrived. Speaking of salsa, if you are one of the three people who read my reviews, you know that I'm a salsa snob. Rule #1 -- no cumin. Rule #2 -- salsa is better when it is served cold. These folks abided by my first rule, but they serve the salsa warm here. It's a roasted salsa and was actually quite flavorful, but it would be so much better served cold. The green salsa here has wonderful jalapeno flavor and plenty of bite. This place definitely knows how to create salsa. Bottom Line: I plan on returning. I glanced at some traditional Tex-Mex platters as I was walking through the place, and they looked divine. I'm looking forward to trying them.
