I suppose we've experienced both poles with this restaurant. Stopped in on a Tuesday in early October. We were the last to be seated around 8:00. The restaurant was uncrowded and were the last to come in. Ordered three things: snails, mussels and beef tartare. Two are not cooked. The mussels take more than 10 minutes typically. Around 9:30, we asked if everything was OK as were still awaiting our mains. In the end, the mussels were definitely not worth the wait. The beef tartare was zesty - everything was all mixed in - the egg, mustard, capers, etc. In the end, didn't appreciate the meat.
The interminable wait was made more challenging by the lack of energy in the restaurant, or by the lack of gemutlichkit.
Further frustrating, was that no efforts were made to address the tardiness. Very disappointing. read more
