The chicken wasn't even more succulent or tender than any other chicken. Chicken will always just be chicken. I also don't know if it was racism but the table next to us got the same "surprise" 5 course meal but got a red meat. Additionally, when we asked for different desserts, the waitress was "unsure" if it could be possible even though the desserts we asked for were on the 4 course tasting menu. Idk what type of sham establishment this is but it's one of the worst Michelin rated places ever. I would have been more happy at the local kebab place than this overpriced restaurant that charges me 45euros for a slab of nasty leftover Oktoberfest chicken. Also they charge 7euros for water, you're better off with red wine so you can wash away the taste of the disgusting chicken and pretending it was steak.

Service is very friendly and super professional. I had a fish allergy and they were able to accommodate me last minute unlike many restaurants in Munich. The food was absolutely delicious and work of art. Each bite I wished if would last forever. Very good selections of wines. The owner is super friendly and delivers a wonderful evening. Reservations are required. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The presentation of food is good, however bottom line looks better than it tastes. All the warm food came out cold. When I asked to have main re heated they threw the food into a pan with lots of oil so the entire plate including vegetables and gratin was oil, also half the plate returned, most of meat didn't come back to me. They serve the cheapest and disgusting sparking water and charge high price for it. Coffee was also terrible. The wine was undrinkable and I thought their butter was off. The staff do not care. 3 course meal for 4 was 404,00 euros. For this price class, we expected top service and not a junior Waiter who delivered the wrong plates to us, didn't know how to to work a card machine, slow service where starters came after an hour while you sat there for 30 mins without ordering and stone cold food. We would never return.

There is a limited menu but with at least 5 to 6 items to choose from plus dessert the variety was a nice selection. The wines by the glass were also wonderful and reasonably priced. My hotel concierge's did not know about this restaurant it is a well maintained Secret. This was one of the best meals I've ever had in any city. In my opinion it would be read it in Michelin's two or three star but they do not use fine table linen. It is a fixed price either 3, 4 or 5 courses. For between 59 and €79. I thought the cost was well worth the dinning experience. The menu is in German but the owner will explain everything clearly in either French or English.

The restaurant may be small - 14 covers - but this is what makes it special. The food is absolutely devine and the best we had in Germany by far. The thought that went into the food combinations and presentation was exceptional. The highlight for me was everything - the celery soups with ravioli, the venison with pineapple and the chocolate cake was to die for. When matched with fine wine the night was perfect.

It turned out anything but and had it not been for the dessert it would have scored a one star rating from me. The service here is really poor. The restaurant was more than half empty and plenty of staff on hand. We had to call the waitress over multiple times and they barely checked up on us throughout the evening. They also brought out our mains before the starters and then took it back. I am guessing they heated it up for the next serving. To make matters worse the portions were small and my main was pretty bland and lacking the rich flavors I would expect in a classic French bistro. The oysters were nice but it's not made by the restaurant and served natural. The beef main was rare and the meat was nice but the whole dish lacked flavour and seasoning. I ate it because I was hungry and not because I loved it. The tarte tatin was the best dish of the evening however the alcohol they poured on top was a bit too much. Ok selection of wine but a very small list. They also had almost nothing vegetarian for main and the dish they made for my wife was just potatoes with vegetable that was bland. C'mon guys this is 2019 and not 1970, how can you run a restaurant in a big city with almost nothing vegetarian ? I would not go back here. The staff were interested in cooking for themselves and talking amongst themselves and not taking care of customers. Portions are small and the prices high in comparison. Not at all worth it in my opinion.
