And an extremely good value; even more so because you'll be taking home abundant charcuterie for round 2. Maybe 3. And the service is fun and caring. Super exceptional. Family owned and run, with food from their farm. We have tried a few Taormina spots so far. One was abysmal. This spot is just great. And PS...The back room dining area was very comfortable on a hot day...in other words, the 2019 review that said "no A/C" is not correct any longer. Sheesh. It was hot in Sicily? A top notch meal! The quality and quantity of the food was unparalleled. The staff was extremely welcoming and we could have stayed and conversed all night. We shared the most popular board (mix of hot appetizers, cold cuts, and cheeses). The meatballs were some of the most unique and delicious we've ever had. The caponata was something out of a dream. My husband ate his weight in their fresh mortadella. This shop/restaurant is the quintessential farm to table experience. Amazing! Visiting from USA and dined here last night. There were six of us. The food, wine, ambiance, service were all fabulous. I'd highly recommend. They have the most delicious and plentiful charcuterie....meats, hard and soft cheese, eggplant, bread, flavored olive oils and balsamic and desserts out of this world. What a gem for us to find!
