The color on the leather was patchy, with uneven tones and visible blemishes. What used to be smooth, soft leather now feels rough and sandy, almost like it was stripped instead of restored. It also looks like no waterproofing or protective finish was applied. I don't doubt that they do excellent work on shoes and smaller leather items, but based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them again with a high-end handbag. The manager for this location has been so kind and helped me out every time I come. If they don't have a shirt in my size, they'll order it from another location and I'll get it a few days later. The one thing I will say is most of their clothing runs smaller than other brands that I'm used to. I have many products where a 1X is the perfect size for me but a 2X is the norm, but their product requires me to buy it in a 3X. I am 6 foot five and about 250 pounds so it's hard harder to walk into a regular store and find my size but they have it there. Overall, they have a customer for life.

We drove out there and a gentleman by the name of Gabriel took a look at the shoes and jokingly said, "What did you do to them" he walked to the back of his shop and came back with a white cloth, rubbed the shoes, and removed this red residue that I thought were chips and re-glued one of the heels in front of me and said "all better now." I felt silly because I had tried to remove it and it wouldn't come off, and apparently his white cloth is magical! He wouldn't take my money and said, just come back to me when you need your shoes repaired. I told him I had driven all the way from Ontario and he said I could always ship my shoes and he would ship them back to me so I wouldn't have to make the long drive. All along, he never made me feel silly and was very friendly. I thanked him for his honesty and kindness. Sometimes a simple, kind gesture makes a world of difference and Gabriel did just that. I had a lot of damage to my red bottoms after going to a wedding that was outside with a lot of sand and rocks. My shoes were completely scuffed up and the nonslip lining I had done somewhere else was falling off. They cleaned up my shoes really nicely and refinished the leather so now my shoes look new! And I learned my lesson-now I'll get the nonslip lining there as well next time. Service was quick and reasonably priced. I previously had them completely repair a pair of patent leather heels when the heel of my shoe got stuck in a grate. They ordered the leather direct from Louboutin and re-wrapped the heel. So don't throw away your red bottoms-just bring them there, haha.
