Rose Wine & Cheese Board

Delicious local wine and cheese at very affordable prices, the ambiance is always lit no matter what season you are here. 10/10 service, must stop every time I'm in town.

Fish tacos were very good

Limited parking in front, but plenty of patrolled parking in the back. Service was good. The restaurant is next to a gas station. Seems weird, but it works. Food is decent, depending on what you order. Staff is friendly, but English is not spoken very well. That's not a bad thing, I need to practice my Spanish. Inside is nice and you feel like you are at a restaurant, but you have a view of a gas station. The fish tacos were amazing, but the steak is not worth $30. The food also took forever to come out. Not a big deal, but when you are hungry it is a bit of an inconvenience. The live music is beyond loud. My ears were ringing as I left the restaurant. Not a great place to go to for a chill night.

Really good food. Don't sleep on this place has Ono food.

Don't sleep on this place, food was good. Fish tacos legit, sliders meh, tostadas ONO!

Ribeye steak did not disappoint.

Don't let the location fool you. It's next to a gas station. It was a late night dinner and most places were closed on Sunday. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. The service was excellent. Great wine selection. They also had live music and the group was amazing.

The bar

We order 4 items and in order of preference Taco de calamar salteado Sope de camaron Tostada cimarrón Taco de pescado de la botella All were good but the mayonnaise on the least two pushed them down the rankings The tuna on 3 trumps 4 I am definitely on Team Blue corn taco Service was good at the beginning but then dropped off. Desserts were nothing special. Seemed packaged. This is why I would drop from a 5 to a 3. Possibly a bit harsh though. Maybe 4 would be more appropriate....

Octopus ceviche

Cute place that is open late and has live music! Drinks: got their beer and tequila drink with a tamarind rim. Delicious for those of you that love tequila and beer! Extra plus was the rim! My boyfriend got the mango and mezcal cocktail that was delicious. The smokiness of the mezcal was masked by the mango flavor. Food: We got their rib eye tacos (comes with 3 tacos) and one of their octopus ceviche. Tacos were fatty but how I like it. The ceviche was good but not my favorite. Maybe i'm not a fan of the octopus. Ordered a few rounds of shots here to get the party started. They have pink tequila (which wasn't that good but was pretty). The service was good and the band was great. A local couple paid the band to stay an extra hour and we were all jamming away.

Pesto Pasta

One of the worst dinners I've had in Valle. It was recommended by a local from Valle Guadalupe, and since we were hungry and it was late we just thought we decided to stop by. The service was great and the atmosphere was excellent, they even had a live band playing 80s and 90s rock however the food was awful. We asked for some buffalo wings a pepperoni pizza and a pesto pasta and all 3 dishes were a disappointment. First off, the wings were noting but breaded bones, dry and the taste was bad. The pasta was also dry and with no pesto, seems like it was a seafood pasta but I only found one shrimp, the pizza seems like it needed more time in the oven as the dough was soft and not cooked right. Love atmosphere and service. Not the food

Sliders

The food wow The food was so good. I ordered the nachos as an appetizer. My husband ordered the tacos with shrimp and octopus. He ate them so fast. I ordered the sliders I was presently surprised. I am definitely stopping by next time I am in town.

Gourmet rib eye tacos, they taste as delicious as the look and them some

Delicious, creative gourmet food Reasonable price Excellent service Strategic location Great beer selection The chef is an invested artist and loves interacting with her costumers.

Rib eye tacos over avocado cilantro Chile sauce, topped with sunflower seeds, micro greens and watermelon radish.

We where looking for a late dinner on Sunday at the wine country in valle de Guadalupe, surprise everyone is close so we end in this place next to the gas station La Botella Bistro. Service very attentive, but the food from a chef perspective was very good they only offer 5 dishes, we order the regional cheese plate and the rib eye tacos theirs last ones were outstanding!!!!!

Perched on a cliff above the Pacific with nothing but open ocean in front of you, this is honestly one of the most iconic spots in all of Valle and I will die on that hill (pun very much intended). Getting there is part of the experience. You park at the bottom, hop on a shuttle, and ride up a winding dirt road to the bar. The drivers are so fun and honestly the whole shuttle vibe is its own thing. People are dancing, singing, already in a great mood before they even arrive. Instant friends every time. Once you're up top, the drinks are flowing and the sunset views are absolutely unreal. I haven't done a full meal here but the chips alone deserve their own Yelp page. Homemade, crunchy, covered in cheese. I could have just eaten those and been completely happy. Oh and one more thing, and I'm being completely serious: please go to the bathroom. Even if you don't need to. Especially if you don't need to. The views from the restroom might be better than some restaurants I've paid full price to eat at. Bar Bura is one of those places I'll keep coming back to no matter how many times I've been. If you haven't gone yet, fix that immediately.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: The wife and I had a reservation for 6pm at Cuatro Cuatros. The complex has a bar up at the top of the mountain along with airbnbs and a winery at the bottom. We parked our car and was escorted through a plank full of grape vines before getting on a shuttle up the mountain. Before we hopped on the bus, we got to choose a beverage of choice to go up the mountain. I got the modelito (small modelo). The shuttle ride is pretty steep and bumpy so I understand why they have a trained driver to drive. When we got to the top - wow wow wow. Beautiful views of Salsipuedes Bay. We had to walk along the side of the restaurant to get in. For food we got a oaxacan cheese taco, fish and chips with the catch of the day, and a crepe for dessert. For drinks we got a carajillo and a non alcoholic beverage. Everything was great however my favorite bite was the freshly fried fish and chips. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall, we spent around 1800 MXN and had a great time. Beautiful views with good food. Definitely worth checking out once.

FAST Food: we started with an appetizer Aguachiles with a salsa verde, while not the hottest sauce they serve it with, we were warned it is picante, and it was, but so refreshing! A bottle of the tinto mezclado. Our entrees were Saffron Rice with seafood, super tasty. I even ate the pulpo! We also had the Bistec which was cooked amazingly! It came with a cheese enchilada, beans, Guac and pico de gallo. We ended with their Elote pastry with a scoop of vanilla, an espresso and cappuccino. Everything was just amazing. Atmosphere: this place seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's just 10 miles from Ensenada and set in beautiful wine country. There is an amazing patio, views for miles. A full moon was rising over the mountains which was stunning. Inside is super modern, big fireplace in the middle. We were there early afternoon so there were just a few people there. I'm sure this place is packed at night! Service: our waiter Humberto was awesome. We were his only customers at the moment so he took really great care of us, explained some his favorite items on the menu. Tips: I would really have liked to go back at night, the views here are amazing and I'm sure the night sky is awesome. I will make this a definite stop every time I go to Ensenada.

The cocktail menu is interesting and full of lots of delicious options. My cocktail was made to perfection and our service was on point. She…read moretaught me about all the different spirits that Mexico manufactures (other than the well known spirits of Tequila and Mezcal) and knew how to showcase the unique spirits of Mexico with cocktails that really leverage these spirits. She recommended a milk punch cocktail that incorporated Sotol, which is kind of like tequila but instead of fermenting agave, it ferments Dasylirion and is made only in Chihuahua. Then she recommended a cocktail that leverages a Mexican produced corn liquor in a Negroni but with gin subbed with mezcal. Both of these cocktails are bartenders choice and not on the menu, but the fact that they can execute such innovative cocktails so we'll speaks to the level of dedication bartenders at this bar have. Renee even gave pointers as to where I might be able to buy some of the bottles they use and for a few other bars of similar caliber to visit nearby. Instead of ending my trip at Nortico as previously planned, she helped me find a really cool new bar in Tijuana! Highly recommend.
