The food was excellent, it was exquisite!!!! The service went above and beyond, so attentive. The ambience was pleasing, fun and the live music made it a really nice environment. Definitely will be back!

What a refreshing oasis in Guaynabo. Come here if you know what Spain feels, looks and taste like Spain. The owner "chef Gaspar" will welcome you in person and speak to you, making sure everything was to your satisfaction. We will be back!

Podemos regresar.

Always a delicious meal at cien vinos! All the service is very attentive, you feel like family here.read more

If not for the sign on the door, you'd walk/drive past it and not notice. Even with the sign, you'll likely miss it. Limited private parking, plus street parking. Inside dining only. Interior is intimate. Total of 4 tables. Three small and one large table, good for about 10-12 people. Reservations only. Take out is available. The waitress told us they opened 3 years ago as a careening service and private Chef's table events. This past year they opened to the public as a restaurant. The name comes from the Madrid neighborhood of Lavapiés, the Chef's hometown. Service was great. The waitress warmly welcomed us and was more then happy to explain the restaurant's history as well as the menu. The Chef also came out to greet us and explain everything. The menu changes week to week, depending on what he finds at the market and customer feedback. We started off with their famous croquetas, 3 ham and 3 cod. We also ordered the albóndigas and hojaldradas, rectangular shaped patatas bravas. For the main course we shared the arroz negro con chipirones (black rice with baby squid), arroz xtuleta (rice with ribeye), cachopo (breaded steak stuffed with ham and cheese), and the rabo de res with apio trufado (beef tail with truffled mashed celery). Everything was delicious. I would reorder everything again. The tail was tender. The cachopo and arroz negro were my favorites. I also loved the croquetas. For dessert, they only have a cheesecake. I'm not a cheesecake fan, but everyone at the table enjoyed it. I hope they continue to grow and I won't be surprised if they move to a bigger location soon because the food and service are great. Put this place on your short list.

Beautiful restaurant with outstanding, creative dishes…read more My husband and I ordered one app and two entrees. The portions were very large, and we would have been fine with just two menu items! To start, we had the roasted eggplant, lamb 'picadillo', date sofrito, 'Feliche' yogurt. Really delicious and probably best for sharing among 3-4 people as it's a bit heavy given the lamb. Nevertheless, it was really good and we finished it! For entrees, we tried the (1) rice with rabbit, sweet plantain in its leaf and the (2) breaded pork loin, mushroom cream, cherokee tomatoes from San Lorenzo, tostones. Our server was super excited when we ordered the rice with rabbit and I understand why. It was insanely flavorful. Also a massive portion haha. We really enjoyed this. The pork loin was delicious as well, especially with the mushroom cream. Plantains are one of my favorite foods, and these tostones did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It's a nice mix of modern decor with homey, vintage elements. There is a very large outdoor space, but I'm really glad we ate inside. Definitely recommend - especially for a group that likes to share!

Nice blend of textures from crispy to the savory tender fish and the tomato crisp Chicken thigh chicharrones - wow. So good. Tender and flavorful Prawns - plump and tasty. Soaked in a wonderful stew I would say 3-4 dishes is good for 2 people with a healthy appetite Would 100% like to come back the next time we are in Puerto Rico
