This was a fabulous small restaurant/bar, easily found 100 ft in and a few steps down, on a small street off of a larger one.
Very friendly,. but most importantly, the food was excellent. We tried both soups, the traditional Castilan (garlic, egg, bread) and a wonderful bean mixture... Technically not soup but soupy with huge large beans which warmed us up. The lamb chops were part of the pre fix lunch and were simply prepared and delicious, as were the fries. The octopus tapa was also delicious in a potato based creamy sauce. A very small place, 4 tables and some seats st the bar with the friendly waiter who was fluent in English as well. read more
