I was waiting for some guests I had invited to join me for lunch at Seafood World when I suddenly received a phone call advising me that it was one of my expected guests birthday, so what to do? Whatever I had to be real quick about, which is how I happened into Bella Rosa florists. I merely quickly ran up to their shop which is located within the same strip mall complex, told them my situation and within few minutes walked out with a lovely bouquet of flowers. They were extremely polite, understanding, super quick about everything and only charged me what was a fair and reasonable price. The flowers were really of top quality, beautifully arranged and my guest couldn't have been more delighted.

We always do something special for my parents on their wedding anniversary but due to covid-19, we are still keeping our distance to protect them. I wanted to send them really nice flowers but I am from Palm Beach Gardens and it is so hard to pick a good flower shop when you don't really know the area. It's been 6 years since my last review on this amazing floral artist. This is the absolute best florist in south Florida. Don't overpay at the huge floral shops, the owner works his magic at a small unassuming shop in a strip mall, but my goodness, the quality, the freshness and the creativity is world class. La Bella Rosa is as good as it gets. Sergio and staff are consummate, friendly professionals, and their floral designs are unique and glorious and never, ever have fillers. My Mother has been the recipient of his talented creations for decades and has loved each and every one of them. Sergio's tropical/exotics are simply incredible, and my Mom is infamous for actually sprouting one of the pineapples from her first arrangement into a thriving, fruit-producing plant! :) All arrangements are also VERY fairly priced. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EACH AND EVEY TIME If you receive your flowers they might be a pretty arrangement but that's IF you receive them at all. The card will be wrong, the recipient will be wrong. They will be late. Dealing with this flower shop is a disaster. I just attempted(once again to support this local shop 5 minutes from my parent's home) to send my mom a $300+ flower arrangement before one with explicit directions for the card. Placed the order two days ago. This morning I called to confirm the order was going out at 10am. At that time the flower shop told me they would be going out shortly, I then tried to confirm that the card was correct. It was not correct so I asked to please correct it. Needless to say my mom has yet to receive the flowers and we're 5 minutes to 1. Called the shop and they literally went out for delivery now, with the card still incorrect for $300+. I am finally done trying and I suggest you don't attempt, the disappointment and frustration is astounding. read more

You see, Marsha really knows her flowers, and in a former life, had fresh flowers arranged by a local florist and delivered to her home, weekly. I had received arrangements as gifts from Les Fleurs, and they were, quite gorgeous. I'm sort of a flower snob, usually have fresh flowers at home (purchased at Trader Joes or Whole Foods), and often gift flowers to people on special occasions (purchased on-line), and have a good sense of what a $75 or $150 arrangement should look like. So when I opted for Les Fleurs, I was prepared to spend around $150. Yes, I know that's a lot of money, but like I said, it was for a dear friend, and hey, one dinner at a local restaurant, for myself and husband, with a bottle of wine, costs that much after the tip. This shop is owned by two guys, I believe from Brazil, and has been in the same location for a long time. So if you want to give your business to a "pop and pop" shop, you've found it! Note, Les Fleurs has a huge collection of silk flowers and hundreds of vases. I'm not really into silk flowers, but if you are looking fro them for yourself or as a gift, this place should be checked out. I've heard others speak of the wonderful selection they have on their premises. When I walked into the shop, I asked for the designer, as I had called in advance to ask if they could put my order together within an hour, and was told yes, if I arrived before a certain time. I was on a mission, wanted to see what fresh flowers they had in their cooler cases, and be engaged in the selection. After meeting and talking with designer Jeffrey, I decided to give him artistic license to put together the arrangement, and only instructed him about a few flowers I didn't really want included. We agreed on a price ($125.00), after he suggested that I could get more bang for my buck. By the way, I brought my own vase, and he had no problem using it for the arrangement. When I returned after an hour to pick up the arrangement, I really was wowed by it. And when I presented it to Marsha, she was, as well. So, unlike some of the other reviewers, I was pleased and impressed with the aesthetics of the design, the service, and for the size of the arrangement, I thought the price was fair. If you are looking for a bargain in a custom designed floral arrangement, this is not the shop to frequent. But if you want something really classy and special, go here with confidence. Note, if there are specific flowers you want in an arrangement, you need to call and they will special order the flowers. As an example, I wanted Birds of Paradise in my arrangement, but those were not in their cooler, but could have been special ordered with appropriate notice. Parking is easy, they have their own private lot.
