This was one of the most disrespectful and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had in a…read morelong time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was not welcome. The staff member acted annoyed by my presence, offered no genuine help, and very quickly began speaking to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. When I asked reasonable questions about the pricing -- which was extremely high -- I was treated as if I couldn't afford it and as if my questions were a waste of her time. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you should be able to explain the value behind them. I work with a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals, and I understand premium pricing very well. What I don't accept is being talked down to or made to feel inferior for wanting clarity. Instead of professionalism, I got attitude, judgment, and blatant disrespect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that it made me seriously question whether I was being profiled based on my appearance or the color of my skin. I can't prove intent, but the treatment was undeniably dismissive and degrading -- something no customer should ever experience. This business clearly does not value all customers equally. If you don't fit whatever image they've decided is "worth their time," expect to be rushed, judged, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.

My friend went into the store prior to my delivery to tell the maker of certain flowers that I wanted in a certain colors ,and for $56 what was delivered was a disgrace they looked more like only coronations witch wasn't what she ordered or asked for and my friend has been using Derby Forest for a long time . several years ago I received a delivery from my friend from Darbys & florist and the flowers died the very next day, my friend called and told Darby about the flowers didn't last and nothing was done or compensated. so my friend isn't complaining but the person that received them is me .I'm very unhappy with the quality of service that my friend and I were given and what she wanted to be delivered was not delivered the way she had asked for. Unfortunately we will no longer do business with Derby florist we have been in the city of Coral Springs for 30+ years and we like to take care of our local businesses but when you do not take care of your customers Request and your prices keep going up we take other options very disappointed this year March 17, 2026.

As a retired teacher, I can recognize when someone teaches well. Camilo was terrific. He took a beautiful, complex bouquet and broke down all that was necessary to create it into simple steps. He showed us each flower, how and where to cut it, and where to place each one. In addition, he went around the room and tried to give everybody some attention. Everyone went home with a beautiful arrangement. He was terrific, and I will definitely be back.

I walked in to a busy working shop. some people were working on arrangements in the back of the brightly lit, nicely smelling shop. When I brought it to the counter I noticed a couple of the roses were dying fast. She said they could replace them with new ones. That seemed extra nice of them and I was much obliged. I got one of the free cards and they let me write a little something on it. They arranged the vase inside a box with tissue paper so it wouldn't tip out and I was on my way. Overall I was glad I chose Deerfield Florist, they did good!
