My partner and I have ordered from here many times and have always been impressed. Unfortunately the last time we ordered from here the $500 arrangement died within a day. After reaching out to the company to try and make things right, they insinuated that we were lying and required multiple forms of proof of time stamps on photos and offered no resolution. read more

My order was delivered on time and my friend enjoyed the get well lily. Ordering was super easy online.

The most beautiful arrangements you could imagine. They created 3 stunning centerpieces for a surprise party, and everyone said they were 'breathtaking'! The service, the flowers, the creativity... they're the best. They recently moved, but are still in Boca - 3531 N Federal Hwy, just south of Spanish River. Love these guys! read more

It was my Aunt's 100th birthday and I ordered a $100 flower arrangement (Petal Daydream) from their website. The person on the phone also put in a note to make it extra special for her 100th. When my niece sent me a picture of it at her 100th party, I was shocked and embarrassed. It looked like a $20 arrangement! I agree with Thys D. - looked cheap and small. Plus their website shows a very different arrangement, with about 13 flowers and at least 7 roses, not 6 flowers and 1 rose.. They told me Victor made the arrangement. I'm sorry but did he even look at what I ordered? Yes, they're going to make it right, but not for the party. I paid $100 so my Aunt would feel special and the 25 guests would ooh and aah and that didn't happen. It was just an embarrassment. Be careful if/what you order from them. Seems like they are going downhill. read more

So happy I was able to trust Yelp this time. In such short notice, the florist was definitely able to deliver and I mean the presentation. But the same day delivery option was amazing. I was able to place my order around 9am and they were received by 2pm. I'm from out of state and did my own research on the range of delivery and it wasn't an issue. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful arrangement with efficient service. I was also able to use a welcome code which saved me a little bit of money but these were worth it. My recipient said and I quote, "they're beautiful!" read more

We used Boca Raton Florist for the funeral service for both my mother in law and brother in law. I spoke to Elaine 3 days before the funeral service. I let her know that I was interested in cremation urns and standing sprays. I loved a few designs off their website, but I wanted to change out some of the flowers and colors. Elaine asked some great questions and I felt confident when I handed over my credit card information. When I first saw the setup, I teared up. It was beautiful. It was everything my mother in law would have wanted. Elaine really did exceed my expectations! read more

Boca Raton Florist is an excellent little flower shop. The owner/ proprietor is named Michael. He is an incredibly nice, helpful person. He is very knowledgeable about the flowers and plants he sells. Boca Raton Florist is attractively laid out and well maintained. Not a dead leaf in sight. I recommend this shop very highly. It has the feel of a nice village flower shop. No pressure to buy anything. Just an enjoyable chat with Michael about flowers. When you're ready, Michael is available to provide you with some of the most beautiful plants and flowers in town at a reasonable price. It seemed like a pleasant visit with a well informed friend. read more

I am so grateful for Boca Raton Florist. The other florist I use is closed for the month on vacation and needed to send sympathy flowers to a dear friends home. The flowers arrived within a few hours and were absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what was pictured on the website and you could tell it was arranged and delivered with care. Thank you for being at the right place and right time. read more

I wasn't here for long. I stopped in today to get a nice arrangement as a spur of the moment gift. I didn't know of the place prior, but it was close by so I stopped there before the place I would normally go to. I pulled in the back, that seemed to be where the parking was and headed in. It was a nice layout, bright and full of many elegant orchids. Every arrangement was 100+ though. I figured I was just having some bad luck searching so I asked the gal at the front about it. She seemed nice enough, but some what chuckled when I asked if they had anything less than 100 in the shop. She said, with what came off as a condescending tone, our arrangements start in the 70's and 80's. Or at least that s roughly what she said. Of which, there was nothing to get at that anyhow. It came across as a very Boca moment. Many things in Boca can end up being regular priced and affordable. Sadly the flowers at some places are not. Luckily it wasn't the only choice around so I headed down the street. It's an over priced place, but it did have some nice orchids to see! read more

My son totally surprised me on my birthday gifting me with a huge gorgeous flower arrangement delivery. He said he selected the designers choice arrangement and the designer did not disappoint. I have been a loyal customer of Boca Raton Florist for most of my adult life. I was blindsided today when I went into the store to order a corsage for my 9 year old daughters 1st Valentines dance. This is a full 3 days before I needed to pick it up. The staff informed me that the owner ,Sam, left instructions not to take this type of order. Imagine that..... a florist not full filling an order from a longtime customer because the order amount was not large enough. I am a huge proponent of small business Boca Raton Florist is out of order on this one. read more

My 26 year old niece had surgery. We live in CT; she lives in Boca Raton. I ordered her a bouquet online. She lives in a gated community. I called to change the date of delivery twice due to her changing discharge dates. In spite of the obstacles, all went smoothly and my niece received an arrangement that she's been raving about. I didn't choose anything specific- left it up to the florist... I only had to choose the price. That worked out very well. She sent me pics and expressed appreciation on the day of her receiving them and also 4 days later! read more

I live in NJ and my daughter was launching a new salon in BOCA and I wanted to send a UNIQUE arrangement. After having a terrible experience with one of those Internet floral companies just last week, I decided to call directly to a local florist. When I called Boca Raton florist, The customer service was superior. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgable with the wide selection of my options. Not only was my daughter elated with the arrangement, but customers have not stopped complimenting the presentation. There were other arrangements sent, but I have been told this was By far superior to the others. I only wish I was there to see it for myself, however, here is a photo to share..... Beautiful, reliable and the highest quality for all budgets!! We were having a very small wedding ceremony on the beach and did not need thousands of dollars worth of flowers for a couple of hours. Having recently moved back to NY, I wasn't sure which florist to call in South Florida and who would 'get it'! I was referred to Boca Florist and worked with Carole who was amazing! She not only 'got it' immediately in our short conversation but she nailed our bouquets and flowers for our moms. I sent her a few pictures of what I loved and she delivered 100%! We had a perfect day and stunning bouquets!! You will not be disappointed if you use Boca Raton Florist! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! read more

I have to say I ordered directly from you because the last time I did you sent and amazing flower arrangement. I was very disappointed and embarrassed in the size of the arrangement sent to my daughter for the birth or her new baby. Especially when I paid $23 more than what teleflora charges for the same arrangement. If what you sent is what you consider an almost $100 arrangement when you factor in delivery and tax I certainly won't be using you again! As I stated I was embarrassed and disappointed and so should you be also! This is an email I sent to the florist after seeing the arrangement they sent from me to my daughter after the birth of her first baby. I have not received an email response back from them yet. The arrangement was so small it was embarrassing. The picture shown on their website looked to be 3x larger than what was sent. I paid a lot of money for an arrangement that I could have just picked up in Publix on my way to the checkout counter! I am completely disappointed in both what they sent and their lack of response! I will not ever use them again! In know way was the joy I felt about the arrival of this new beautiful baby expressed in that flower arrangement! They should be ashamed! read more

I was sent a double orchid plant from a loved one. The website says the size is "standard." I live in a small apartment with everything scaled to fit well in the petite space. The plant that was sent is over 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It doesn't fit nicely anywhere in my small scaled home. With the plant was a card saying if the customer was unhappy to call and the item would be replaced. I did so and got a very snippy person telling me "absolutely not!" I called again the next day --and I am glad to say, they are coming to exchange the tall orchid for a small arrangement that I will enjoy. So happy ending and ultimately 5 stars up from my original post--which was 3. read more
