This local flower and antique shop is beautiful. Suzy is a joy to work with and will make the best recommendations for you. We went with something simple and elegant for my 50th tea party celebration. I took the mason jars and the lights and Honey Bunch went to work. They made my very simple vision come to life and were so kind and helpful. This is now our go to for flowers. Everything is fresh and beautiful and there is care and love in every flower placed in your arrangement. Whether you are looking for a single rose, a dozen or a more formal arrangement, this is the place to go. Thank you so very much for making my birthday so special!! read more

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have worked with Carole through the wedding planning process. She not only was our florist, but I felt like she gave us so much insight while planning our wedding that I am so thankful for. Carole and Jill were so patient with me. They were so helpful and kind throughout the process and provided genuine thoughts and ideas. Carole made wedding planning exciting, fun, and flawless. You can really tell Carole loves what she does. Carole and her team put together my vision so beautifully. My bridal bouquet and table arrangements were more beautiful than I could have imagined. I even cried a week after the wedding because I wanted my flowers to last forever. Thank you so much for making our wedding day a dream! read more

I ordered flowers for my wife and what they delivered to me was something about half the seize. When I called them they said they ran out of the large box so they put it in a smaller one. But the smaller box was half the price. She assured me that the same amount of flowers went into it. What am I an idiot?! She said she can credit me $20. I said it's half the price! Their audacity to just bait and switch order is absolutely absurd! read more

I decided to send flowers to my friend, locally. Previously, I had a terrible experience with FTD flowers online. I googled florists and I found Honey Bunch florist. I went in and was greeted by two young people. They were very outgoing and patient with me. The young man told me his mother had just taken this florist over. He offered me a cold water and assured me they would take care of me. I placed my order and had a special card that I wanted them to bring with the flower arrangement. They delivered the arrangement that very day, with no extra charge! My friend was overjoyed. She raved about how beautiful the arrangement was. They have made me a forever customer! Also...It was half the price of FTD flowers. I highly recommend Honey Bunch! read more

Carole & Jill at Honey Bunch created arrangements for our wedding that looked spectacular and beautiful. When we called, they immediately responded and set up a time to meet. We showed them flowers and requested a modern coastal theme that we were interested in achieving. They made arrangements, centerpieces and the bridal bouquet was sensational and beyond our expectations! Honey Bunch genuinely cares and checked in to make sure that everything was on track and if we wanted to make changes. Honey Bunch is amazing and very easy to work with. We highly recommend using them for any of your floral needs. read more

Advertised a Mother's Day Vase & didn't have it in stock!!! I asked for a certain time delivery with a couple hours of Window time and was promised to do so, flowers showed up an hour and a half late after she left work. The owner was rude and said I was rude, I'm sorry I paid very good money for flowers to be delivered with a reasonable window of time and she did not live up to the expectations and promises that were made. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Last time I checked you're paying customers as you keep your Paying Customers is who keep you in business!!!!!! read more

To be fair, we have had "nice" floral arrangements during 4 of 5 purchases from Honey Bunch but the last flowers purchased from them were horrible. It was a $181 custom arrangement for a birthday. Almost none of the "specifically ordered" (and paid for) species were included in the arrangement. The vase that was hand chosen in the shop was not included. One of the birthday balloons deflated completely upon delivery. We returned to the shop the day of delivery with specific photos of the bouquet and after voicing our issues we were given a $25 discount. They should have taken back the arrangement and replaced it. To top it off...its been 4 days since delivery....and almost every single flower is DEAD! read more

Carole, Jill and staff are phenomenal!! My flowers were so beautiful. They are so caring and made sure everything was perfect. They give a personal touch to everything. Carole reached out to me days before the wedding to make sure I was calm and gave me words of encouragement. I would definitely recommend their shop. Thank you Carole and Jill. read more

Beautiful flowers (beyond fresh) and amazing Customer Service, even when I was the one who made the mistake and behaved like a big jackass. Product, service, and value each deserve 5 stars. read more

Got a bouquet of flowers as a thank you. Honey Bunch certainly missed the mark. The arrangement appeared sub-standard, so I went on-line to see if what they delivered is what they lead our friend to believe would be sent. I attached the photos. You be the judge. If you think they are delivering what they represent, then order away. If you think, like we do, that the sender got cheated, then you shouldn't order from them on-line, but perhaps consider only picking up in store to protect yourself. read more

I ordered a bouquet arrangement for my friends graduation and they were so quick and friendly at helping me put my order together. The only reason I deducted one star was because the vase I had selected and paid for wasn't available, and although they did call to let me know and help me choose a different one, I didn't think they were as nice as the one that was advertised and that I had paid for. Other than that, I highly recommend this florist! read more

Honey Bunch went above and beyond to help me celebrate my mom's birthday. I live out of town and I thought I had the right address for my mom's mom's condo in Pompano Beach - it turns out I didn't! Not only did the folks at Honey Bunch make a beautiful bouquet for my mom, they communicated with me and my parents until we all got the address right! Mom loved her birthday flowers and I am so grateful for the patience of the Honey Bunch staff! read more

Excellent and honest service! Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and when they hadn't arrived by the evening I called the store at the last minute and the owner answered. She explained to me that the flowers were indeed delivered but regardless of the miscommunication (no matter who's to blame) she would remake the flowers and personally deliver that night after hours so my mom had them on her birthday. What a great experience to receive small town service despite being in a city. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about Honey Bunch floral, it's hard to find the right words to write because every last detail was perfect. From the initial consultation to the wedding day to a week after the wedding. The owner, Carole, is the kindest, attentive, and talented individual and was a calming presence in a very busy time! They do a prototype of the centerpieces which was wonderful, and they were very concerned to create not only beautiful florals but make my vision come to life! Jill and the rest of the staff were also very nice, talented, attentive, and professional and everything went so smooth. We were able to let our guests take the centerpieces home and everyone texted saying the flowers lasted so long and smelled beautiful! I would recommend this floral shop to everyone for all floral needs! The prices were very reasonable and the creations of bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and wristlets were absolutely gorgeous! read more

Usually I buy my flowers from big chains but wanted to support a local business with everything going on. Ordered four bouquets for Mother's Day and they were GORGEOUS! I forgot to take pictures but my favorite was the sunflower one. They came with cute little cards with stickers, card holders with a little teddy bear in them, and a satchel of lavender buds which I thought was such a thoughtful extra touch! My mother in law uses them for home made soaps and all the flowers were a hit. The flowers were ready for pick up on time and all the employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I will be ordering my flowers from here on out! read more

I chose this florist for a Valentine's Day arrangement delivery because they are only 2.7 miles from the recipient. I did this on purpose. I ordered the day before Valentines Day and called back the same day to ask what time frame delivery could be expected and was told Valentines Day by noon and that the floral arrangement I had ordered had been created . My recipient didn't know what was being delivered but she waited at home until past noon on Valentine's Day with no delivery. I called the florist and spoke with an employee who hung up on me. I called back @ 1:45 pm and spoke to another employee who said that she would get it delivered promptly. @ 3 pm there was still no delivery so I called and spoke to the owner and to her credit she made it happen within 30 minutes of that call. Delivery was finally made @ 3:30 pm. The recipient waited all day for this even though she needed to leave her house. The unreasonable delay in getting this delivered after I had been told that it would deliver in the morning and the fact that the florist is only 2.7 miles away from the recipient is unacceptable. Furthermore, the flower arrangement that was delivered does not quite look like the colorful arrangement that I paid $134 for as the arrangement that was delivered is dark and predominately red. In fact, the delivered arrangement is quite depressing compared to what I had ordered. I am disgusted and this experience effectively drained all of the original excitement of ordering and delivering it. I will not order anything more from this florist. read more

Honey Bunch did a spectacular job at my daughter's wedding at Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale. Carole is amazing, so kind and very detailed oriented. Our guests all are very impressed with the quality of the flowers, the beauty of the arrangements, and how gracefully it fit into the whole decoration theme. We are more than happy with Honey Bunch and we 100% recommend Honey Bunch for your wedding day. Believe me, you will be very, very happy! Wishing you all a happy wedding planning. I chose Carole and Honey Bunch for my wedding florist. I walked in for my consultation and ended up having one of the best experiences with a wedding vendor. I did not have a big budget for flowers, but Carole treated me as if I had $100,000 to spend with her. She realized my vision for my bouquet perfectly. She even helped me manage some of the wedding planning anxiety - she told me her door was always open if I just needed to chat. The day of the wedding the flowers were absolutely perfect and right on time. She even gave me a lovely card with a small gift. My wedding was almost 6 years ago, and I still sing her praises every chance I get. Thank you Carole for making this bride feel beautiful and special every step of the way! read more

AMAZING... Carole did an EXCELLENT job on our wedding flowers and arrangements. I was very impressed on everything she did for us. Very detailed and communication was the greatest. I worked with her all the way from virginia, planning a wedding in Florida, and she worked with me through emails almost every week I heard from her. We traded pictures of our thoughts of what things should and will look like. I recommend her to anyone getting married and looking for a trust worthy florist. You will not regret using Honey Bunch. Thank you Carole for a beautiful wedding! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...My fiance & I went in for a consultation for our upcoming wedding..this lady just assumed our budget was below of what she can offer..She was not helpfull in giving suggestions as I was open to ideas as I am not creative in this field..i felt like the scene from Pretty Women when Julia Roberts went to Rodeo Drive & she actually said with an undertone when i suggested i wanted orchids & she said "you do not want that, that's too expensive" she just assumed I had a low budget...didnt even once ask me..omg how wrong she was...she didnt even give me other alternative or anything..i gave her 30 min to see if the consultation would turn around to something positive..but it did not..her work may be good, but she totally profiled us..& that alone was enough for us to go elsewhere... read more

If I could give a lower rating than one star I would! I went there to support this local business and buy flowers for my wife for her graduation and for Mother's Day to separate flower orders. I spoke to the lady on the phone and was told that one arrangement would arrive for the graduation, when they arrived my wife called me I went there to the medical facility she worked at and I saw that it was not the arrangement that I was told it would be. So I went to the flower shop to speak with the employee and she said that that is not the arrangement that she made up I showed her pictures that I had taken and she again said that is not the arrangement I made up so I asked her are you calling me a liar. Then the owner came over and said she would refund my money that was on Wednesday, May 6. I then went to the car and prayed and went back into the Flower Shop speaking to a different employee was looking at pictures of a different arrangement that I might purchase the owner came back over Saying that they refunded my money and I don't need to see pictures, I've been told her that I was speaking with the employee about another purchase and she said no we don't need it. So I left today is Friday, May 8 the money is still not refunded to my account I called the Flower Shop the lady sent me a text message from her cell phone Telling me to check my account I checked my account again it was not there the money has cleared from my account so it was taken I didn't try to call the lady back and she hung up on me. This is not a good place to support I strongly recommend you do business read more

HORRIBLE. OK, I understand that Valentine's Day & Mother's Day are the 2 biggest days of the year. But, my expectation as a consumer is that you would spend the other 363 preparing your business for the increased activity. My story starts this morning with me walking in to buy 2 dozen roses for my girlfriend. Her office is LITERALLY across the street. I was very clear in letting them know that my girlfriend gets off work at 4pm. Since I placed the order at 9am, and once again her office is LITERALLY across the street, there would not be a delivery problem. So by 3:55, when I didn't get the "You're the best boyfriend in the world call", I knew we had a problem. When I called Honey Bunch, there was a continuous stream of "We're so busy...The truck broke down...The driver is on the way" excuses. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. Let's see...Valentine's Day ruined. read more

We had Honeybunch as our florist for our wedding on December 15, 2018. The bouquet of flowers, petals, boutonnières, backdrop, gazebo decoration and the center pieces (candle light setting) were so beautiful. They were more than what I expected and hoped for. They worked with me on my budget and they paid attention to the details I wanted. They were very easy to work with and they made sure I was happy and satisfied. Carole and Jill at Honey Bunch did the most amazing job with the flowers at my wedding! My bouquet was PERFECT and so were my bridesmaids bouquets. I don't live in the area so all of the communication was done through email and phone. They took my inspiration pictures and made my dream flowers a reality. The centerpieces were so beautiful and classy. I loved all of my flowers so much! They really enhanced my day and at such an affordable price. My husband even commented about how great they looked, and he is one of those "why do we need flowers?" guys! Thank you again Carole and Jill XOXO read more
